condominium complex has over 80 fully grown palm trees, the most on
the island, and two swimming pools. Gaze out from your patio, just a

at its beautiful courtyard filled with hibiscus, bougainvilleas, and

This fuly tiled, two bedroom, two bath condominium is tastefully
furnished with a tropical flair for your enjoyment and includes large
living, dining, and kitchen areas. This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island Permit No. 2015-286160.

The master bedroom has a new shower and the couches in the living room also look new. We had a lot of fun.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to have our dog. The location was perfect. Just around the corner from the Wanna Wanna. It was nice to have a private patio with the pool right in front of us. The host was nice and very communicative.

Perfect place for our family!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is in a great location, the pool is right outside the patio, and the beach is just a short walk away. Molly, the owner, quickly answered any questions I had by email before our trip, and Victor, the property manager, was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

It was just as the pictures showed! The pool was right outside the porch so we could keep an eye on the older kids without having to be there. The place was clean, the manager nice, a short walk to the beach… just a very nice place. We plan to go again and hope to stay there again. Thank you for a great stay!

Spacious condo in great location

We love many things about this place...The proximity to the pool and the nice greenery around it make for a very tropical feel. It is also a close walk to the beach. Most of your kitchen essentials are provided to prepare meals during the stay. Having a washer and dryer on premises is a major plus. Roomy and cold AC.The furniture, however, is a bit dated. I am not sure where eight people could sleep comfortably. The sofa bed springs and coils were very uncomfortable, and the bed sheet was filthy. The queen bed has a foam topper with deep indentions on each side. Be prepared to sleep in a hole because it is impossible to position yourself otherwise. We brought our own electric grill based on other reviews that mentioned how unusable the patio grill was. To confirm, the grill is VERY dirty and gross. It wobbles to the simple touch and looks like it has not been cleaned in months.Bring your own air mattress, toilet paper, hand soap, detergent, dish soap and garbage bags. Life will be easier

Definitely enjoyed our time there. Only issue was the washer has been broken for over a year.

Everything went smooth. Except washer should not be in the advertising if it doesn't work. It was really inconvenient to go to the other end of the building to do laundry. And there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer on the main floor . I would love to come back.

It's okay, but out dated

The check in was smooth ; however, when. my husband walked in the place was dirty. We were unable to book another property because of Covid 19 guidelines. We cleaned and disinfected the place before bringing our family in. The sofas in the living room area were full of dust and dog hairs. Yes, it is a pet friendly stay ; however, this does not mean the use of a vaccum is prohibited. The towels....omg....I think a mechanic would have better towels. Highly encourage anyone staying here to bring your OWN towels and even a pan to cook. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and plates , but the pots and pans are just old and gross. We read before booking in previous reviews that the gas grill outside in patio was gross and dirty. Well, they were absolutely not exagerrating ! The grill was very dirty amd gross. When it was time for bed we undid the beds and there was sand on the sheets. I get the beach is walking distance , so luckily there is a washer / dryer inside the unit and I threw the sheets to wash. This place I doubt followed the guidelines during the Covid 19 of waiting 24 hours before sending a cleaning crew to clean place and then allowing another 24 hours for the place to be vacant before booking to next guest because the place was organized yet not clean. There was an issue with the freezer door not properly closing and owner responded right away to send someone to fix it , but we asked if this could wait till after we left because of the Coronavirus and she agreed over the phone. That night we packed up till late hours of the night and we put our things in the car , so the next day we could sleep in till check out time since we had a long drive heading back home and we wanted to be well rested. Well, next morning we get a wake up call from owner saying the repair man was on his way in 15 minutes . This was at 8 am. So much for our plan to get rest. We let the repair man in and simply left this place.

Home away from home!

This property never disappoints!! Parking is easily accessible and you walk right into the space! Hang a left out the sliding door and you're at the pool!! We love this place and have for years!! And hopefully we will for years to come!!

Summer vacation

Overall good. The property had trash and some unclean spots. One of the lamps was broken. I attempted to get some sort of “make good” by the owner but they wouldn’t respond to my request.

Great Location w/Nice Patio

Then location was a short walk from the beach. The actual condo door location was perfect for loading and unloading you car because it was right off of the parking lot. There weren't alot of other guests during our stay, so we had the pool area all to ourselves. The pool itself was located right off of the patio, and it could be seen from inside the condo.

Wow we loved the place clean but Victor said we could only have up to 8 people at a time. He told us that2 people would have to go? They came to visit and not stay the night. The hot Tub was not heating the pool was cold

The best view ever. Would recommend everyone to stay. Waking up to having coffee on patio near pool. Comfy beds fiot sure. Pretty amazing time spent there. Quick and accessible to beach and downtown main strip of food and shops. Highly recommend on taking the visit.
