Hilton Los Angeles Airport
Macaio. Was our first point of contact arriving to the hotel. He was in the valet area. He was super helpful. Left a lasting impression. You have An asset in him. Our stay was short and it was very good.

The staff customer service is beyond awesome we have 20+ years coming to LA for both business and pleasure trying different hotels that have customer service and kindness with no luck up until we finally found Hyatt. Thank you so much!

Fenix Hotel Hollywood
I do love this place, i think this is my 4th stay? Communication is great and any questions very quickly answered. I would however *beg* for blackout blinds on the windows - we don’t all want to be awake at dawn! And a full length mirror would be a huge win, though I have literally made friends with ...
