Well appointed suite but let down by the single glazed windows and ghe consequent downdraft which made the seating area too cold. Well maintained and good service in the restaurant - but menu choices limited.

Excellent staff went out of their way to help. However not really dog friendly, totally understand that dogs not allowed into restaurant and normally quite happyvto eat in the bar, but only one table really suitable to eat at. Cygnus Boathouse
Lovely Rustic Charm, great next to the Broad, freedom to come & go -totally idyllic for me. Quiet, peaceful and commutable to local town, train station. Relaxing and would love to return. Basic but suitable cooking facilities, hot water, good shower, comfortable accommodation.
