"I didn’t like the temperature of my airconditioned room.. thrice I asked front desk to fix and make it at 20 degrees but it stayed on 22-24.. I woke up every night coz I was feeling warm .. other than that, staff were all helpful"

"Overall it is a beautiful hotel. We had issues with the TV in the bedroom that we had to have technicians come back twice to try and fix over the span of about 4 hours. That was quite frustrating. Water in the shower was lukewarm. The was also maintenance being done in the room next door all door which was quite loud. The staff were wonderful and food was great. Perhaps if they had of switched our room it would have been a more pleasant stay."

"I really enjoyed my stay at JEN Tanglin. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and their warm service really made a difference. One of the highlights for me was dining at the restaurant. The seafood was absolutely splendid — fresh, delicious and beautifully prepared. It was definitely one of those meals that made the stay feel extra special. Overall, I had a lovely experience at JEN Tanglin. The combination of the welcoming staff, relaxed atmosphere and excellent food made it a place I would happily return to. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Singapore."

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Singapore. Room was clean and hotel staff is friendly. The ice machine in the lift lobby was an amazing addition to the hotel and other higher tier hotels should follow this initiative. The hotel would be perfect is they have a washer and drier room. All in all, amazing hotel and I am looking forward to staying there again. Oh yeah, amazing pool, just awesome"
