Unwind by the coast and experience the ultimate Cape Cod vacation in this beautifully renovated 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in South Yarmouth. Located on SeaView Beach, known for its warmest ocean waters on the Cape, and minutes from restaurants, shopping, and attractions, this home offers central A/C, free Wi-Fi, and parking for 5 cars.
Whether you're looking to soak up the sun, explore local shops and attractions, or indulge in fresh seafood at nearby restaurants, everything you need for the perfect vacation is just minutes away.

First Floor:

A Great Time with Family

We had a wonderful time on the Cape visiting with family from out of state. It was their first time on the Cape, and the location couldn't have been better! The host was kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

We had six adults and four kids under three. The property worked out great with the beach across the street, swings a short walk away, and a good restaurant close by as well. There’s also lots to do nearby for days when not beach weather. Alex always got back quickly to any questions. Great week for our family.

Lovely Home

We enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and well appointed. The owner was very communicative and helped us with an issue that was outside of his control (and not related to the house). I highly recommend this property and we hope to stay there again in the future.

We LOVE this property!

We had a wonderful time at Oceanfront Escape on SeaView!We appreciated how clean, roomy, comfortable, and well stocked it was. The beds were comfy also.Being directly across the street from the water was amazing.Owners were easy to reach and super accommodating!!We are a group of 6 ladies and we ALL highly recommend this home!

Quick family get away

We had a wonderful time on our four day getaway with our children and grandchildren. The South Shore Dr. property was in a great location. We were able to walk over to the beach and still be close to all the important things. The hosts were wonderful and answering any questions and helping us with our stay. Would highly recommend this beautiful house.

Great family vacation home

We had a wonderful stay, spending time with family and enjoying the beautiful property. You can’t beat the location, and the property owners were so responsive! The house is well appointed with everything we needed, clean and very spacious. There were 10 of us, and we had tons of room to spread out and relaxed. We really enjoyed the back deck and fire table as well. Highly recommend!

Nice house, great location

A very nice house, comfortable furnishings and well-kept yard. Owner was available for any issues (none). Also great location near restaurant and right across the street from the beach. Highly recommend.

The Best of Both Worlds

This vacation home has all the charm and character of an old fashioned cottage but it has all the modern amenities for a very comfortable stay. It is also large and laid out in a way that works great for 2 families or groups that want to vacation together while still having some privacy. It has an incredible front lawn and split rail fence that looks across the street at a knoll of scrubby pines, a picnic area, and the ocean. All communication with the owner was simple, clear and quick. This is a wonderful place.

Beach week.

We loved everything about the place. Right across the street from a nice beach that was not crowded at all. Very clean with comfortable seating, ample dining area and great amenities. The street is not excessively busy as many are on the cape. Alex is very responsive and checked in to be sure everything was ok. And it is not far from Pirates Cove mini golf!

Great family vacation

Our adult children and us (5people total) spent a week at this house in July. The house was lovely & plenty big enough for us to be comfortable. Great location. Quiet neighborhood even with the proximity to the beach. Host was very attentive & quick to respond to any questions or needs. I hope to be able to return for another visit soon!

Perfect Location

A beautiful home located just across the street from the beach. The house is as described, clean and well maintained. Checking in and out was very easy The yard was nicely landscaped and the deck was great to sit outside. There was plenty of parking. Host was always available to answer any questions before, during and after our stay (we left something behind). We would definitely rent this house again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Bass River house VRBO

Enjoyed the house and location across the street from beach that was peaceful and friendly from early morning to evening for beach combing and long walks. We used the kitchen for cooking meals at times and deck barbecue for lobster and fish from local market . Extra attraction was ice cream shop at restaurant about a block away, open till 9 pm!

Nice house on quiet street across from the beach on Cape Cod

This house is very nice, and just as described in the listing. It is spacious and well supplied with everyday stuff that you might need. While it was a bit too chilly this time of year for us to utilize all of the beach equipment available in the outdoor storage closet, I had a look in there and it had lots of chairs, etc. But even this time of year it was still nice to take walks down by the beach, which is directly across the street from this house. The location is great; on a quiet stretch of beach road, yet not too far from Rt 28 where you can get to everything. The owner, Alex, was super helpful, and very prompt in replying to any questions I had both before deciding to book, and then during the trip time itself ... and this included extensive helpful information he sent a few days before our arrival with restaurant recommendations and suggestions for things to do on the Cape. All in all we had a very good time on our stay, and in no small part due to the very nice accommodations at this home! I highly recommend!

Family Getaway to the Cape

This property is located steps from the beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities. The house is spacious and homey, very well maintained and includes all amenities for a comfortable stay away from home. I loved that it has both dish washer and washer/dryer.
