South Zanesville Vacations

"Arrived at 3:09,room was not ready.Put us in another room,again not ready.Had to wait for linens to dry.Ice machine did not work.Asked for a couple extra pillows,none available.Had to call for extra towels,only had two bath towels for 2adults and 2children,had to go myself to pick up.Also very limited tv.One key never worked the door.Having said all that the bed was comfortable,breakfast was ok,worked for the kids enough to get on the road fast.The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could...

"Elevator and guest hallways smelled of something rotting or stale. Room was damp and stains all over the ceiling. For what I had paid for the room, I could have easily found a better location. Disappointing."
