Clean and friendly, great staff. Only get 30 mins free WiFi. Car park small but very reasonable if you can get a space.

Very noisy, didn't sleep.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel on a Saturday night, we found ourselves kept awake between the hours of 3:00 and 6:00am due to six rooms of noisy wedding guests. The staff were unable to quieten them and we weren't offered any options or alternatives.

modern hotel in good location

The hotel is modern, clean and in a great location for the city centre and west quay shopping centre. The negatives are the car parking which is very limited and cramped we managed to get a space but there is nowhere near enough car parking for a hotel this size which seems to be a common feature of Southampton hotels. The other issue was the breakfast as they ran out of most things and took an age to replenish them. They blamed it on lack of staff but I don't think that was the Eason they had enough staff to clear away our table when we hadn't even finished eating. It seemed to be more down to them running out and/or wanting to save money. Overall ok but not as good as the Premier Inn down the road.

Comfy hotel

Comfy and clean hotel with good facilities. Male receptionist not very friendly and waited around 20 minutes to check in.
