"We booked a king room with jacuzzi tub (booked at least a month in advance) and was told at check in that the hot tub didn't work so we would have to get a different room. She said she called but a voicemail was never left on my phone, because I do not answer calls from numbers I do not know. Every single time I tried to call the hotel (to see about an early checkin), NOBODY ever answers-called multiple times. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The bed was uncomfortable, did not sleep well. Could not close the curtains so we got woken up to the daylight as soon as it hit. Horrible experience. Will never stay here again. "

"You have been warned! I booked my room through Hotels.com. I show up and they want to charge me a $6 fee for booking through a 3rd party website. The manager says it is on the website. I ask him to show me where on the website. He looks for 15 minutes and can’t find it. I ask them to waive it because it was not disclosed and he can’t even find it. He refused. After 15 minutes of clicking back and forth to the same website he calls his manager for assistance. Just BAD business. Argue this every time. It is a scam."

"The room had stains all over . Only one tiny trash can in the room. Only one roll of toilet paper. The tissue was pulled out and I think made to look like a flower. I’m not using tissue that looks like it’s been touched. The fridge didn’t work. The pool was closed because a party had an accident . We specifically picked this hotel for the pool and hot tub. We asked for a late check out and it was a $50 charge. I’ve never heard of that before . I would never stay there again. So disappointed "

"Shower are dirty. Linen was soiled. When asked if house cleaner could clean shower out she told me she didn’t have time. "

"The breakfast was really good. I was nervous because we came down at the tail end of breakfast, but everything was clean, hot, and tasty. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom was clearn and water was hot and good stream. Great bang for the value. "

"Parking was crowded. We were welcomed into the lobby by a huge group of drunkards with liquor out on the tables, and we were half greeted by the hotel desk staff."

"When I checkef in I was told they overbooked double beds and if i wouldn't mind getting a single bed with a couch bed. When I opened the couch bed, it was dirty and so was the mattress. After I called and complained, I was given a room with a double bed. "

"This was an excellent location overlooking the ball park. We had a studio room which felt spacious and was very clean. I wish we could have stayed longer than one night. Maybe we will be able to go back to stay again and take in a ball game!"
