Top Southern California Hotel Reviews
Hyatt Regency Los Angeles International Airport
8/10 Good
"Beautiful and bright, conveniently near LAX."
Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The Majestic Garden Hotel's main strength lies in the nearby access to Disneyland. They have a complimentary shuttle which is on time and readily available throughout the day and evening with convenient schedules. The drivers are friendly and helpful. An annoying $30.00 parking fee is charged, which is really unnecessary, but most hotels apparently do that. This is obviously a great hotel for families with children as the rooms and hotel lobby areas display Disney themed art work throughout. And they have a very nice large salt water heated pool with towel service for families. The rooms are spacious and clean. It should be noted that room service occurs at the third night, I believe. If you stay for one or two nights, there is no room service for cleaning the room. Of course, if extra towels or other items are needed, guest services can provide it. We did not dine (breakfast, lunch, dinner) at the hotel since our goal was to spend as much time as possible at the Disneyland resort. I believe the hotel has special events for their guests, especially on Friday evenings. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were lumpy. They appeared to be on their last leg. Finally, Disneyland fireworks can be seen from outside the hotel entrance and can be heard even from inside the rooms. I would return to this hotel on another occasion."

Holiday Inn Los Angeles - LAX Airport by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Super clean and everyone was very helpful"
Wyndham San Diego Bayside
8/10 Good
"The hotel was clean, the pool and gym workout areas were nice, and the view to the west from Tower 2 was spectacular. However, the rooms were a bit outdated as far as the furniture, carpet and drapes. Was a bit concerned about the height of the balcony (Tower 2) railings, since they didn't seem high enough for safety reasons. The television lacked a good menu/channel lineup, even though the television was newer. The outside elevator in Tower 2 that allowed you to see outside was a great idea, but it wasn't working during our stay, which would've been cool! The water refill stations on the premises were great! However, the ice machine on our floor wasn't working. Loved the Claim Jumper restaurant and convenience of just running downstairs for a fairly inexpensive and good meal. Parking fees were a bit ridiculous at $50/day, especially when the parking was cramped and tight to get in and out of vehicles."
