"The Homestead was a wonderful rental. It was so clean and spacious, with funky furniture, lots of reading material, comfy beds and a huge tv! The view of the harbour was beautiful and the village of Norman's Cove was peaceful and quiet. Be mindful of the stairs if you have mobility concerns (it is a lower unit.) Communication with the owner was excellent. We recommend this property."

"We were 7 adults who spent 3 night at this unique waterfront property! It was our second stop on our 12 days trip. The location was perfect when we did our sightseeing trips. There was a convenience store around the corner, that sold everything you would need. Just a short drive to town there was a Walmart, Foodland, and restaurants. The four spacious bedrooms with ensuites were spacious, had plenty of storage, and all had water views. The two living areas gave us plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had everything you would need, but the only downside was kitchen table that was way too small for a big group to sit and enjoy our meals together. Karl was a great host, who was prompt to respond to all our enquiries. I would highly recommend the Homestead."
