"As usual, it’s excellent at Nikko and it’s why I rebooked it for another 5 nights in Saigon. It’s clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. And most of all is the staff. They are courteous, attentive and genuinely caring about their customers. A big shout out to Tony, Raymond and of course Harvey and other ladies at the front desk for taking care of me and my wife during our stay there. Thank you truly."

"We had a good stay, overall it was good. Good breakfast, swimming pool had a beautiful views of the city but was a little outdated. Staff was good but when we check-in they promised us late checkout but when it came to honour the promise didn't happen. "

"Entering the resort feels like stepping back in time. The Lamark University theme is well executed and brings interesting views around every corner. The beach is very clean and soft sand and they offer kayaks and paddle boards for guest use free. With the calm water it is a must to go out on the water for a paddle. Even in the summer rainy season this resort experience head and shoulders above a typical hotel on the beach. If you come to Phu Quoc I highly recommend staying here."
