"apart from the very very very noisy staircase up to the bedroom, no staff any where when we needed them, not enough cooking utensils in the kitchen, no oven dishes so we could use the oven, we stayed 4 nights and no extra cleaning was done in that time, bed was comfortable and good shower."

No plug for the kitchen sink. This place could be great but lets itself down when it cant provide the very basics. Would not stay again."

They need to learn how to make beds properly, esp if doing them daily, wrinkle free bottom and top sheets etc. They rang me before I got there to enquire what cooking facilities I would need as I was staying three nights. Thoughtful. Very close to railway station into Wellington, great."

"Disgusting and Unsafe – Do Not Stay Here! I have been traveling for 16 years, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I booked this motel in Wellington specifically because I needed a kitchen to cook for my 4-year-old, but the conditions were unacceptable. The Hygiene is Appalling: The couch is the filthiest, stinkiest piece of furniture I’ve ever seen. The carpet is covered in multi-colored stains. Worst of all, when I checked the beds, I found what looked like phlegm/mucus on one of the duvets and deep stains on the others. Lack of Privacy and Maintenance: The bathroom door does not close fully, leaving a gap that makes it impossible to have any privacy. The sliding door handles are broken, and there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, meaning odors spread throughout the entire unit. Health and Safety Hazards: The motel provides plates with gold-rimmed designs that catch fire in the microwave—an incredibly dangerous oversight. To hide the room's real smell, they use an automatic air freshener that sprays so constantly it feels toxic and hard to breathe. Poor Comfort and Service: The bed was so bad that I am currently taking ibuprofen for the resulting back pain. There is no air conditioning, so you’ll be sweating in a cramped, uncomfortable bed.
