The location is excellent right in the central square, the staff at the front desk is always kind and friendly, very supportive. Probably the best staff I have experienced ever. The rooms are large by European standards, the bathroom is quite large, the bed and linens are good not luxury but very good, the breakfast was included in our rate and it was quite good, we were allowed a late checkout and that was pretty good and helpful. We arrived during a torrential downpour with flooding everywhere. Even though the hotel suffered some flooding and were mopping things up, they welcomed us and made us feel comfortable.

Very nice

We so loved our stay here that we rearranged our scheduled and stayed one more night. The location to the many beautiful sights in the Pyrenees, the kind staff, the king-size bed, the yummy breakfast, the well-appointed large room with an incredible corner view of the rivers, and the on-site parking that we were able to get each night (first come, first serve). We’ll be back!

Excellent place to enjoy nature, relax and enjoy local cuisine. This is a family own business wish make you feel like home. The room has everything you need to cook your own meals or visit the town local restaurant and gave a good time. Thank you for the hospitality.

A simple comfortable clean hotel. Helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast decent WiFi in a safe, clean section of the modern part of Pamplona. For North American guests, the nearby ‘More Than Burgers’ restaurant is an amazing value.
