"Greta housekeeping and staff and breakfast"

"Great place! Staff was amazing!"

"Location was absolutely perfect! Gerald, the gentlemen in the office was kind and very helpful. Will def stay here again!"

"I loved this hotel. The location was perfect for me, directly above the Piazza Espagna. Restaurant on the ground floor: food was wonderful, reasonable price, friendly service. On my next visit I will stay again. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Just a joy staying here. Great location and amazing staff"

"The location was great for exploring more of the east side. It is only a room in a building. Not a hotel. But check in was smooth and the staff was very helpful. The bed was pretty comfortable. Ac worked well. Quite. Nice balcony to a quiet courtyard. It was very spacious. Beautiful floors. Has an elevator! It overall is an older property and would say a basic room with no frills. Negatives… only one button worked for flushing the toilet. One night we did not have hot water. Curtains were old...

"Fantastic location and great breakfast"

"Wonderful location, friendly staff. Rooms, entrance lobby etc are very, very cramped. We struggled to get in and out on arrival/departure - luggage, no automatic door - but no one came to help us. Our rooms were functional but very small and not as clean as would be expected for the price. Breakfast was disappointing - poor quality coffee and far too many cakes at the expense of fruit, granola etc. Overall, this is an extremely expensive hotel which did not live up to the price."

"This hotel is so quaint you're not even sure you've arrived as it looks like a restaurant front. Perfectly located in a narrow street a block from Spanish Steps, without traffic noise. Front desk staff super attentive, room very open, beds comfy to die for. A perfect stay!"

"The hotel is nice and good The staff is very kind and amazing Every time it will be my choice"

"Excellent hotel and location"

"Fantastic service"

"The stay was wonderful! Great location!!!"
