Lovely home in Spéracèdes with WiFi

This vacation home with pool and panoramic views in the Alpes-Maritimes is located in a quiet lane, 25 km from the Mediterranean beaches, surrounded by olive trees and peaceful nature.

Built on a hill, it offers a breathtaking view of Antibes and the Massif de l'Estérel, and is only 6 km away from Lake St. Cassien, known for its beauty, incredible flora and fauna, and various activities. There you can rent pedal boats, go fishing, rowing and hiking in unforgettable surroundings, just 20 minutes from Cannes and 30 minutes from Fréjus.

The villa is a charming family house, spacious and comfortable. Several hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity. The living room and bedrooms open onto the sunny terrace, which is equipped with a barbecue. Relax in the very large wooded garden around the pool, which is secured by a barrier.

The village of Spéracèdes, dominated by its pink stone church with its pretty alleys and colorful facades, welcomes you for your walks to the highest vantage point from which you can contemplate the Bay of Cannes, the Lérins Islands and the mountains. de l'Estérel and the lake are far from the crowds along the coast. Places like Cabris, Cézaire, Peymeinade and Le Tignet are also worth a detour. Grasse, the capital of perfumes, is only 7 km away.

Hiking enthusiasts are spoiled for choice with the wild landscapes, the Siagne and its gorges, the Préalpes d'Azur Natural Park and the Bois d'Amont. Do not hesitate to descend into the depths of the various caves.

Tolle Aussicht, ruhige Lage

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft, ruhig im Olivenhain gelegen, zwischen den Bergen und dem Meer auf jeweils halbem Weg. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, südländisch, die zahlreichen Bäder sehr bequem und nett, die Küche üppigst ausgestattet mit allem, die Sitzplätze auf der Terrasse wunderbar und der Pool sauber und riesengroß. Zum Frühstück frische Feigen pflücken, was will man mehr…Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Merci a vous, Viviane!,

Herrliche Lage mit bester Erholung

Wir haben zwei herrliche entspannende Herbstferien Wochen in ruhiger Lage mit einem tollen Blick verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist großartig. Man kann auf ca 15 m Länge richtig gut schwimmen. Die Nähe nach Cannes und Nizza aber auch zur Verdon Schlucht ist optimal. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder.
