"Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful. Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"To start, the hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming - right from the start helping us locate parking just in front of the hotel. We could always find a spot. The location is perfect for exploring Sant’ Antioco, but returning to a beach town. Within a short walk is an area on the beach they have reserved for guests. I do believe we paid extra with our reservation to have chairs reserved each day. The water is turquoise, calm and clear and you can go out forever before the water depth reaches your waist… beautiful!!! We had dinner the first night at the restaurant and it was excellent. Order the tiramisu fir a unique experience! The waiters were kind and funny - it was a real treat to eat there. Only a few rooms have deck railings which are solid meaning you can’t see the water if sitting on your deck. I’d avoid these if possible. The swimming pool area was very nice, with drink service available. We didn’t go in, but it looked inviting. We enjoyed our stay and would go back."

"Wow, Nea Villa was absolutely beautiful and my family and I had an amazing stay. The pool, rooftop balcony, and garden were fantastic areas for spending time in the sunshine. The villa was so spacious, bathrooms and bedrooms were impeccably clean, and great layout. The villa is a 2min walk to the beach which was perfect and meant lovely views from the villa itself of the sea. Our host Carlo couldn’t have been more helpful, he gave great beach and restaurant recommendations, and his communication in the lead up to the holiday (and during) was brilliant. We will be back!"

"This is the second time we have visited the villa in the past 4 years. The listing is accurate and the pictures reflect the property as we experienced it. Communication was great and we managed to overcome the language barrier. Delfina was wonderful. Yet again, immaculately clean and well equipped. Pool and outside space was well maintained and water was brilliant.We could.walk into the village, drive to local towns and beaches. Everything you need is close by and the area began to feel like home."

Piscina Curatissima: La piscina è stata la vera protagonista della vacanza: pulita, riservata e circondata da un'area relax fantastica per prendere il sole e staccare la spina. Zona Outdoor e Barbecue: L'ampia veranda e la zona barbecue ci hanno permesso di organizzare pranzi e cene all'aperto, rendendo la giornata di Ferragosto indimenticabile. "We arrived after a long drive and Clara, the receptionist, couldn't have been more helpful. Check in was easy and efficient. All the staff we met were helpful and full of local information. Our room was spacious with a balcony with side sea view and another window sea and pool facing. There was ample storage, comfortable beds and a fridge too. The bathroom was compact but not an issue. There was ample parking at the hotel. Outside the pool was lovely, large enough to swim in. There were chairs and loungers and shade available. The beach next to the hotel was stunning with a snack bar and umbrellas, loungers to hire."

"We loved staying at Hotel Le Sabbie. The staff were great and very helpful. There is parking, but on a busy night, it was tricky to find a spot. Our first night there, we arrived very late/early at 1:30 am. They were able to give us instructions for a self check-in. They were very flexible. Being on the ground floor, we really enjoyed the small semi-private patio in the back. Mille grazie a tutti!"
