Wunderbar - dem Preis angemessen!!!

Avoid these apartments!

Avoid these apartments. I stayed at Apartment Znjan for two nights as part of a group of three friends. The check in process was fine, with good initial communication from the manager. The accommodation was clean and well maintained. There were two big downsides, however. The first is that there was only air conditioning in the lounge, with only a ceiling fan in the bedroom, which with temperatures of 30 degrees plus outside was not sufficiently cooling and meant we had to move a mattress into the lounge to be able to sleep. The second is that there is a major building site right next door to the apartments. Both mornings heavy earthwork machinery started from 0730. This was incredibly loud and meant that sleeping and relaxing in the apartment during daytime hours was impossible. When we checked out my friends and I asked for a discount to reflect the extreme disruption and were told that it was not possible as the price had already been lowered because of the work. This is a lie, as we booked the apartment months ago, and we were told the work had only started one month previous to our stay. We were not informed at any point about this nose and disruption, and if we had known we would have tried to find alternative accommodation. Additionally we were told we could only pay in cash, so I suspect the business is being run illegally to avoid tax.

Vi bodde på en byggeplass , så bare maskiner som førte med seg masse bråk fra kl 07.00 og utover dagen. Absolutt det dårligste oppholde jeg har hatt utenlands noen gang..Ikke et rent håndkle på en hel uke med 32-33 grader . Elendig opphold , hadde mest lyst til å dra derfra, men besøkte andre plasser . That was nice clean apartment with walking distance to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only downs we experienced were no ac in the second room and they don’t except credit cards.

It’s another hotel in front of this place. This means NO sea view at all as the pictures trying to say. Dirty and small room Construction area on the back Strange “reception” in the garage “Cash only” I do NOT recommend this hotel!

Great place to stay for shorter or longer trips

Great service, they provided information and apartment-supplies when needed, and were really nice to talk with.The apartment was clean when we arrived and contained everything we needed for the stay. The only thing we took note of was that the bed was hard, so our backs got a bit sore.. And the local area had a lot of construction going on (no noise, just not so nice to look at).

Fantastisk plass , nærme stranden . Kunne vore fleire forskjellige restauranger me kunne fått prøvd ut i znjan.Kort avstand med bil til old town og ulike handlesenter . Billige med uber . Fantastisk behjelpelige personal ved leiligheten som tok veldig godt imot oss og gå oss veldig god service. Her skal eg tilbake.

IN & UT- checking gick bra och fort, nära till strand, affärer och restauranger, trevliga ägare och nära till stranden med fin havsutsikt och stor balkong! Man önskar sig alltid en större och bekvämare säng samt ett större kylskåp! :D Men i helhet va det nice! Tips: Använd Uber, bolt eller cameron enklare och sparar massa pengar!

A 4 min de lanplaya ! Andando !

Tiene plaza de Parking ! Esta a unos 8 minutos en coche del centro de split , la playa a 4 minutos !!! Playa de guijarro blanco pequeña preciosa agua transparente !!! . Apartamento con todo y muy limpio !! agradable con vistas !! El cheking llamas por telefono y en 5 minutos estaba el chico para darnos las llaves super amable !!! Un 10 ! Ubicacion tranquila .dejan pagar en euros ! ;)

Hotel in rommelige buurt

2 kamers gehad: de eerste prima. Voorkant gebouw met uitzicht op zee en ruim terras. De tweede slecht. Ligt onder in de kelder met soms benzinedampen van de gratis parkeergarage op de gang. De tweede: geen internet en permanente schemering en uitzicht op een muur. Niet geschikt voor verhuur. Desa die ons ontvangt is prima en behulpzaam. Het gebouw staat er al dik tien jaar maar de omgeving is nog steeds een zooitje. Slechte toegangsweg, puin en afval in omgeving. Gewoon treurig. Het strand is vaak overvol en de scherpe kiezelsteentjes zijn geen pretje. Waterschoentjes zijn bijna een must als je wilt zwemmen. De beachbarretjes zijn OK en parkeren en ligbedden zijn gratis. Het strand ligt op loopafstand maar vergt wel een aardige klim. De bushalte naar Split is in de buurt maar de laatste bus terug vertrekt al om elf uur. Split is leuk en in de historische binnenstad kun je goed eten bij Bokaria. Als je van kunst houdt is het Gallerie/Museum Mesterovic een must. Vergeet ook niet het bijbehorende kerkje 300 meter verderop te zoeken. Zit in de prijs van het ticket. Prachtig houtsnijwerk van de meester. Ga vroeg en neem je zwemspullen mee want tussen museum en kerkje ligt een leuk strand, minder druk dan Znjan tegenover het appartement. in de buurt van Znjan kun je lekker eten bij het betaalbare Dalmatino, een restaurant waar je vanuit Znjan opkijkt maar via een omweg bereikt. Probeer zeker de garnalenpate. Kortom: Split is leuk, Znjan geen aanrader en Desa, gastvrouw een topper.

Great Apartment close to Beach

Great apartment, we were upgraded into a larger one due to demand and it was brilliant. The distance to the beach was fantastic apart from the fact that there is a very steep hill down/up but that cannot be helped. Staff extremely helpful and allowed us to drop our bags prior to check in time. Definitely recommend
