Repeat stay. Excellent staff and awesome location. However, we booked 5 rooms some 11 months ago and upon arrival, was told the accommodation was overbooked!! Otherwise, the experience was ok.

Would definitely go back.

Great, simple, no frills hotel. Just nice rooms and a cafe/bar downstairs that does a discount for guests. 5 minutes from Split old town.

Location is great!

Hotel was easy to find with google maps, it's only about 5 mins into the market/marina so it's close to food. Also it's super close to the main beach around 10mins away so so location is great and it feels very safe staying here.

We would absolutely stay here again - it was so convenient, but it was also really quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they have an elevator, which was very nice considering one of our party just had knee surgery.

Excellent accommodation & friendly service

Tis was our second stay here. It was just an overnight stop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation very clean and comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome and safe. The taxi was arranged and turned up on time, with no problems incurred. We would recommend this accmmodation without hesitation.

Excellent choice for this price point. If you just want a nice room to stay in while you explore Split and don't need a restaurant etc. this is a great choice. Rooms were really nice and staff were friendly, even when we arrived earlier than they expected so they had to rush to get the rooms clean.

Good location in relation to the price. Mixed staff, some super friendly and extremely helpful, others didnt even say hello. Rooms could use some soundproofing. Could hear everything in the hallways. Overall a good experience, only negative thing was the soundproofing.

Perfect location for any pre or post cruise stays. Ten minute easy walk to port or the train and bus station. Small grocery store Tommy directly behind the hotel building. The 11 rooms are a converted hotel in a tall office tower, there are other hotels on different floors higher up. This one is convenient up just one flight if stairs or a lift. There is a decent retardant on the main level. Don’t pay the high taxi rate from airport, use bus shut to the station across from cruise boats. Note that the hotel front desk is NOT staffed after eleven at night so check in may not be possible for late arrivals!! The hotel was quick to communicate via email. Helpful staff.

It is in a great location.

Overnight from the nearby port. The place was difficult to find but we were welcomed. Good advice was given by the reception person.

We were quite surprised there wasn’t an option for regular housekeeping having booked 5 nights. We finally asked for clean towels and that was accommodated but were surprised there was no option for clean bedding for that length of stay (at least it was never offered to us). In addition we were very surprised there was no fan in the bathroom - having a shower created a damp environment throughout the entire bathroom causing towels, toiletries etc to all become damp. This is concerning as I have asthma and that can create a dangerous mold situation very quickly. The worst part was my friend left his suitcase in the room and reached out to the property via email. He said the response showed no concern and offered no help or assistance to find a way for him to be reunited with his suitcase and items inside. I will never recommend this property to anyone.

Location: less than 10 minutes walkable distance from the split bus station and ferry port. Around 15 minutes slow walk to main attractions. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket. Hotel: the hotel is within a converted looking apartment/office block. The sign is not easy to see but using the famous maps, you can find it quite quick. Use the lift and then ring in. Customer service on site: individual is very friendly and polite. They have beach towels for you if you plan to go to the beach. Free coffee and water at reception. Room: Twin bed room is ok. It's not big or neither small. Air con is a delight especially in the heat. TV size for the room was rather small. Shower was strong but takes a minute to go hot. There is a slight strange sour smell coming from the room. There is an empty fridge to place your drinks. Can still here outside cars. Windows leaked after a freak storm.
