This property provided easy walking to the city center and wharf area. It was very clean! The only issue we had was the lack of a receptionist or way to contact anyone when we had a locked door problem.

Super central and a great location! The staff were super accessible via whatsapp. Location is easy to get dropped off by uber and is a quick walk to the pier and bus stop. There are two flights of stairs to climb which for Croatia isn't much but just to be mindful!

Clean room very walkable to old own and Diocletians Palace. Very good for first night in Croatia. Didn't actually meet staff except for cleaning as we checked out but did communicate through Expedia with very clear instructions for check-in.

We stayed one night before our flight back home. The location was perfect, minutes to old town and ferry port. The beach is also close by although we did not visit it on this trip. The rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, great bathroom. We opted for the least expensive room as we were only staying one night but we saw the next step up room with a balcony and it was a good size. Would definitely select it if we come for a longer time. Lovely staff booked us a car to the airport next morning, which was great as we had a very early flight and worried about getting a taxi Perfect stay!

Amazing location, highly recommend!

Amazing location, super walkable to everything in Split. The room and bathroom were very spacious compared to a lot of rooms we’ve had in Europe. Bed was comfortable and enjoyed having a balcony. Would stay here again and recommend!

Central, close to old town The property is centrally located, close to the Old Town and within walking distance of the bus station. It appears that an apartment on the second floor of the building has been converted into guest rooms and a reception area. The staff kindly allowed us to check in early. The rooms were clean and nicely renovated. One downside was an unpleasant smell in one of the rooms. The road outside is quite busy and can be noisy, but the windows are well insulated and block most of the traffic noise. Well functioning air conditioners. There are grocery stores directly across the street, which was very convenient. Overall, a good option for a short stay thanks to its location and helpful staff.

Good location. Nice place. Good service. Only thing bad about it is if you are in the rooms facing the street there is a manhole cover that goes "bang bang" every time a car goes over it, not the fault of the hotel though.

Location was perfectly situated between Old Town and the beach. The amenities were more than enough, since you’ll just be exploring the town anyways. They have very good instructions on late check-in. Ria, the attendant was very friendly and kind. She made the stay extra special.

Our hostest was lovely and we appreciated her helpfulness. The room was conveniently located near the old city and the ferries so our stay was very 'walkable,' indeed. The rooms had no character and could be improved by the addition of a few towel and coat hooks and a picture or two; however, the bed was comfy.

Overall, this is a good place to stay in Split! The location is super convenient. While it’s not in the heart of Old Town, it’s a quick walk away and in a quieter area, which is nice for sleeping. The biggest downside is that there isn’t a whole lot of privacy, but I would recommend it!
