The property manager was outstanding. Excellent communication and service. The room was modern and comfortable. The neighbourhood had shops and restaurants so you you could stay local or walk just 15 minutes to old town and the sea.

We had a wonderful stay! The entire check-in process was smooth and well organized. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. One thing to keep in mind is that if you’re arriving late in the evening, finding the property in the dark can be a little challenging, even though the instructions provided are detailed and helpful. Also, the apartment is located on a pedestrian-only street, so vehicles cannot be driven directly to the entrance. Be prepared to carry your luggage to the apartment. Finding parking on weekends can also be a little challenging. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Deluxe Rooms Tramonto was the perfect choice! The rooms are beautiful and the location was perfect! There was a city parking lot a block away and it was an easy walk to Diocletian’s Palace and everything else you’d want to see! Highly recommend!

Amazing deal right in Old Town!

This place was lovely! The room was so nice and clean, and the location is very convenient as it’s right at the entrance to Old Town. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating during my check-in and check-out process, as was the cleaning lady. Highly recommend!!

The room is clean, neat and tidy. The staff Goran is a nice and responsible guy who provided me sufficient information on dining options, walking routes, points of interest and others. Though the property is not at the center of town center or the ferry terminal, the walking distance is reasonable and there are many restaurants around.

Amazing stay!

We had a great experience and nothing to complain about. The room was great, location is great and the host Goran is very helpful. It's newly renovated with a light and nice finish. Bed is comfortable and we had a great stay. We would love to come back!! Nearby you have a perfect breakfast place and it's just a 5 min walk and you will be in the heart of old town.

Thank you Goran - we loved our stay in Split at your property. Room was a good size and immaculate with a modern bathroom. Location was great - walk out the door and straight walk to town. Communication with host was great, especially as our accommodation was in a car free zone - very helpful tips about wheee to park. Also great info on the best beaches and sightseeing. Highly recommend for a couple wishing to stay in beautiful space and walk to everything. Highly recommend.

Cute little room which provided us a wonderful 2x night stay in Split. The rooms are located in the pedestrian area which is excellent but you're not too much in the area that you have to deal with the noise of it. Quick 5-10 min walk (beautiful walks) to everything you'd need to see. Also the room has a great AC which was important as it was 30 º everyday Parking can be a challenge but we managed to find a street spot up the road for free. there's a large paid lot just up the road but it's usually full Goran was a wonderful host who helped us check in and provided us with tons of information about parking

Great location. Only about a mile from the bus and ferry stations. In old town, but not a crazy busy area. Grocery shop and all sorts of food options just down the street. AC worked really well! Big shower. Goran was great - very responsive and had some solid recommendations.

The room was tidy, clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels were provided, including beach towels. The position was great, close to everything you need and a 5 minute walk from the old town. The host was cordial and kind, and helped us with suggestions and answered all our questions. He even allowed us to check in a little earlier to leave our bags at the room. Great experience and great host, would come again and would definitely recommend!
