We arrived early and we were welcomed by Maria and allowed to leave our baggage in apartment until it was ready. Maria also provided us with information about the local area and places of interest in Splt Town. The location was great with easy accessibility to Split Old Town, Port, Marina and Marjan Forest Park. The apartment was a little on the small side for our needs especially the bathroom which also required a couple of maintenance issues to be rectified. There was no safe provided to store valuables which was highlighted on website amenities list. Overall great location, good value for money but a little bit on the small side.

Great place!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The place is cute and comfortable and in an awesome location. Mia was a lovely host and very helpful with recommendations etc.

Great location, quiet, spotlessly clean and spacious. It was perfect for my stay and Marija who dealt with my stay was very efficient, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Guest House Mia.

The studio apartment is perfect for a quiet mini-break, conveniently located near the amazing Marjan Forest Park and the old town. The friendly and helpful host makes this a top choice.

Comfortable stay in Split

Excellent choice, spacious, comfortable and secure room. Easy access to local shops and small market. Few minutes walk into centre for restaurants & bars and of course Palace of Diocletian. Very good Wifi in room, quiet at night so slept really well. Would drfinately stay again if in the area.

Nice Apartment

Good location about a 5 minute walk from the edge of the old town, quiet area. Room was clean and comfy beds. Mia was very informative at check in running through everything we needed to know and was on hand if we needed a recommendation for anything. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in split at guest house Mia

Very well appointed and clean apartment. Great location as well since it’s so close to both the old town and forest park. Marija was also very responsive and helpful when answering the questions I had!

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and professional. There was fridge in the room but there wasn't chance to cook anything. Cleaning doesn't included to stay so that is good to know before reservation.

We love Guest House Mia, we stayed for eight days and had all of the immunities we needed, it’s within five minutes of the town centre and because we didn’t have a car, this maze Guest House Mia a very ideal. It is also two minutes from a Lidl, so we didn’t need to get a taxi to the shop to get food. Was lovely and so accommodating. Considering the price, I would recommend this to anybody wishing to travel to Split. Thank you Mia! From Elijah and Liv x

The property is excellent for a small family. It's pretty compact, but has everything you need in between exploring the old town or swimming at the beach. The apartment was squeaky clean, and the bed was very good to sleep in. Also a baby cot was provided, and our baby also slept very well. The host was super friendly and helpful. Check-in and out times were very flexible - of course we were also lucky that no-one was there directly before or after us, but still, it's not something I take for granted. The only negative thing I can think of is that the air was quite moist, so it was a bit hard to dry swim wear and baby clothes, but that's probably a general thing in Split/other cities by the sea. There's also an AC unit that helped a bit when set to drying mode.

SHORT WALK TO OLD TOWN SPLIT

The accommodation is close to the main Port of Split easy walking distance. I was met upon my arrival which is always welcome. I enjoyed Split and its nice cafes/restaurants/bars and would recommend anyone to stay here, as it is a clean environment.

Die Gastgeberin Mia ist sehr herzlich und kümmert sich sofort um jedes Anliegen. Die Pension hat eine gute Lage, die Altstadt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für mich war das Bett zu weich. Die Kommunikation mit Mia läuft nur auf Englisch. Sie ist nicht selber im Haus und daher über Whatsapp/Mobiltelefon zu erreichen.

Lugnt men centralt läge. Trevlig och bekväm möblering. Ytterdörren till hallen före de tre rummen låses/låses upp med nyckel. Borde vara upplåsbart inifrån med ett fast vred av säkerhetsskäl. Galgar för upphängning av kläder mm önskvärda i garderober/skåp. Fler krokar i badrum. Läsbelysning vid sängarna önskvärda.
