Fantastic place

Excellent comfortable and modern room. Very spacious and has two powerful air conditioners and a large bathroom. After staying in so many quaint old European rooms it was nice to have something modern and comfortable

The room was fine and pretty much what we experienced on our travels through Croatia and Greece. It is loud in the evening (we stayed over Friday night) and close to lots of fun things to do.

Nice little gem in a heart of Old Town, walking distance to restaurants, shops, Riva..historic seeing site. Hosts went far and bejond to accommodate our stay. Definitely would recommend this property.

Super clean and convenient, appreciated the host's communication and the code entry. Area is very convenient. Only thing if you're in room 1 and a light sleeper, the downstairs door is pretty loud. Also no hot water on the last night after a long day at the waterfalls.

The room is cozy clean and convenient. Falcon was very helpful and kind. As visitors he treated us as family. It made the visit so personal. The room is in the center of the old town and is very convenient to everything. If you have the windows open, you'll hear the noise from the outside. But with the windows closed, it is very quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend this place!

Superb apartment and location.

The apartment was spacious, modern and located in the heart of town. It could not have been any better. It had two functioning air conditioners, a large bathroom, living room. I give it a 10+

This is a wonderful apartment inside the old city walls. Falcon was prompt and easy to communicate with and sent video how to navigate the winding cobblestone streets to get back to the apartment whenever we were out exploring. He met us to take the car and park it in his private garden for the 2 days/nights we stayed there. We never had to leave since the port, restaurants, etc. were only a few minutes walk away. Parking is almost impossible in this area of Split. Great bed and air conditioning.

It was by far our best stay in the whole Croatia! Extremely comfortable it’s not Just a room. You get also like a mini living room to hang out. The host super accommodating and helpful. You are inside the Palace area, but they made sure to change the windows and you Cannot hear noises. They even put some welcome drink for us! The place is just renovated. It was the only place where we had furniture to put our luggage without having to be bending to pack on the floor. The owner is super responsive!!!!! It is a 4 start place. They even have a first aid kit!!!!

Top notch support to visit the beautiful Split

Really wonderful stay right in the heart of Split! Now any fortified or smaller old town has lack of parking and is reliant on pedestrian access which can make it difficult to navigate the logistics of arriving and departing but Falcon the property manager made it so easy! Reaching out to him prior to arrival he was able to coordinate all details, arrange parking for us and was there waiting at the front gate right on time to ensure we could make it easily to the hotel room, really impressed! The hotel room was on the 1st floor, very well appointed and with excellent hot water and shower pressure and really comfy beds. You are in the heart of split old city so there may be some evening noise, but after all you choose this location because of its proximity to all that’s happening! Top tip is to reach out to navigate the logistics with falcon once you book he made it seamless and even supported luggage storage until our 6pm ferry.

Wish we were staying longer! The space was surprisingly spacious for old town Split. The AC worked beautifully and the location can’t be beat. Everything you could need was in walking distance. Everything was clean and we enjoyed it. I will say that it’s above a louder bar, but they shut down at like 11 and we closed the windows, so it wasn’t too bad. We’re younger so that didn’t bother us, but could see an older couple being annoyed at it.

Es una habitación que no le pide nada a un hotel, la verdad excelente! Muy bonita y súper limpia, la ubicación excelente también, solo considerar que no tiene elevador, para las personas que pudieran batallar con eso, pero en general excelente!
