My family and I have travelled all over Europe and this has to be the absolute worst! If I could the host a 0/5 I would.
It is dirty unit with disgusting towels and for 5 days they gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper. The complex is filthy.
It gets worse!! Last night we were locked out of the front door and when we called the host said the "it is not my problem!" She also said that I woke her up. My wife, young daughter and I had to ask random neighbors to help us get in the front door. We were stuck outside and she did not care.
