We had a room facing the streets and unfortunately we had problem sleeping because it was a bit noisy. Big trash bins just outside house which were emptied very early in the morning and during night the night life was noisy. Closest parking was 5 minutes walking. Service was 5-star. Perfect location for city life.

Hi The room was spacious. The shower head kept flying off the hose and when told they knew about it but said the owner was away, a not very good excuse. The pillows were awful, like a bag of cotton wool. They provide communal tea and coffee but no milk and only fruit tea. The room was clean and a good base. If you have heavy bags there are 3 flights of steps. Free Parking is not easy! 5-10 min walk away and you have to drive around a bit.

Good stay

The hotel is in a good place. Just few meters from the old town. This has few rooms but as I was a solo traveler it was good for me. I was picked up at the airport and it was a nice person that did that. The staff is good and friendly.

Lovely little place. A bit hard to find the entrance but once you do it’s easy. Right in the most beautiful part of Split. Great restaurants night life and things to do during the day.

The room itself was great for the cost and the staff was very friendly. Only issue was trying to locate the entrance. The signage is very poor, and hard to locate. Plus you need a special code to even get into the door. Needed help from the staff and they were very responsive on WhatsApp but was just frustrating and it was extremely hot. Beware too no elevator and the rooms are on the third floor.

Lovely room

Lovely room with all facilities required. Terrible check in whereby i arrived at the correct address, called the correct buzzer labelled Prima Luxury Rooms, gave them my name (we had been messaging in advance re check in so they were expecting me at this time) and they told me I was at the wrong accommodation and to go down the road to find the correct door despite me telling them i was at the correct address and had called the buzzer with their name on. We went down the road with our luggage and then after 5 phone calls, managed to get through to Prima Luxury Rooms who told me to come back to the original door and check in. I will never understand what happened at their end as I was in the right location from the very beginning. After that the stay was great and very comfortable, in a good location. Bit noisy outside but heard nothing at all in the room.

Awesome location

If there were 10 stars location would get all 10 , rooms were nice , parking was a challenge but we were able to find something about a 10 min walk . No signage visible on building as it’s in a large shared space …be sure to have outside picture of door to help locate .

Two nights in Split

Great location for the old town, friendly and helpful staff. Very comfy bed, access to English speaking tv channels, handy fridge, tea making area in corridor was useful and the shower was fabulous. Was reasonably easy to find. There were a few stairs which wasn’t ideal with our big case but we managed. Communication from property was very good. Would stay again.

Room was very large, check in was friendly and easy. Very walkable area. Fit my needs for one night. Maybe it said it on the booking, but the rooms are on the 2nd floor and there is only stairs, so I had to haul my luggage up the stairs. If you or your party are not able bodied, this isn’t the location for you.

The property was super convenient. Right next to old town and very walkable to the areas near it. In any case there was a bus right in front! The staff was great, they were waiting for us when we got there and provided all we needed. I had accidentally booked a day less that I had intended too and upon asking the hosts for an extended stay (even when the website said it was all sold out), I was able to get the room for another day!

Very clean room with organized reception & check-in. We got a WhatsApp message a day prior arrival with information. It is within the old-town of Split, close by to the palace & bus station. 1min walk is a small super market. Good AC (important during summer times). Only two things to consider: 1) rooms are in 1st floor with no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up & down and 2) doors have very thin walls/doors so you can hear everything happening outside in the hallway.

Very clean. Modern. Not very well insulated. So you could hear the people in the morning on the corridor. Luisa at reception is very sweet and friendly. Gives you suggestions for around the city. Could leave bags at reception. It’s a plus.

First class room

The room was first class. We had to take a Bolt from the train station,,,only cost 5.50 Euro. When we arrived, it was dark, no sign out front, so a little daunting. We rang the bell, got check-in instructions from the person, excellent room. Went out for something to eat after the worst 6-hour train ride ever. Only complaint, We like to have the window open and there was a lot of street noise.
