We stayed for 4 nights in August. The property was pristine, inside & out. Communication with the host was speedy. The teens enjoyed the theater room and we appreciated all of the labeling. Would book this house again.

Lovely home in a great upscale location. The kitchen included anything you could possibly need to prepare meals. Very helpful to have all cupboards and drawers labeled. The house was very spacious with plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms for the nine of us. Beautiful landscaping with water features. Leah (host) was easy to communicate with and friendly. We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and elegant home.

Great Accommodations

Leah's home is the perfect place to stay! It has just the right sleep set up for large groups. The beds are very comfortable. Leah has a well stocked kitchen for guests who like to cook. The neighborhood is quiet and is centrally located. We would stay there again, and again :)

Clean and spacious

The property is accurate in its listing and pictures. It was very clean and well stocked with needed supplies. The neighborhood is safe and well kept. Our family, grandparents and all, had ample room to hang out together. I would definitely stay there again if it were available. The host was very helpful in communication too.

Great location and wonderful amenities

We took our small group to the State B basketball tournament at the Spokane arena. The house was immaculate, clean, organized (including directions for using the tv and the theater room), and very comfortable. We would highly recommend it.

Awesome Place to Stay

Well-kept lawn/yard. The water features in the front are lovely and the fenced backyard is a plus. The house is spacious. We spent most of our time in the kitchen, spa, and home theater. It was wonderful.

Brother sister trip

The location, house was absolutely perfect. It was stocked with everything you need and then some. Beautiful water, features and landscaping making for a perfect environment to sit and enjoy Spokane nights and mornings. had an absolute blast at the Jelly Roll concert, visiting Spokane, Falls, and going to the festival. Not to forget, Franks diner! Will definitely visit again.

Family Reunion in Spokane

The home was perfect for our family of ten. There was plenty of room to spread out and we could find a quiet spot if need be as well as gather together. The neighborhood is excellent for taking walks and the hot tub was used frequently. The media room was used by the younger family members to watch Christmas movies. Also, Leah, the owner, was wonderful to work with. I would recommend it to anyone es a home for a larger group.

Wonderful home really well equipped kitchen, there was everything we needed to host a family BBQ. The yard is amazing, house is very clean, perfect placement of the 4 bathrooms & the theatre room was so fun!! Every movie ypu can imagine at your fingertips!!!

The house is large, spacious, beautiful, very clean and just like the description. Leah was very kind and quick to respond with any questions and concerns we had. The hot tub was the largest one we’ve seen in a rental, it was wonderful.

This place is amazing.

I have stayed at a lot of vrbos over the years and this one was my favorite so far. Everything is super well maintained. They even left blankets out everywhere for when you are chilling out. We smoked chicken on the smoker,used the firepit,watched movies in the theater, and my wife loved the walk in closet. This place couldnt get any better.

Great vacation place

Overall, it was a great place to stay and the yard was just gorgeous! Would suggest having Kleenex in the bathrooms and either an iron or steamer. Also, there are missing screens in some of the windows. My grandkids loved the bunkrooms.

Family vacation to Spokane

The Spokane home was the best vacation rental home our family has ever used: well supplied, very well organized (all cupboards labelled in the kitchen for example), spotless, and only 10 minutes from downtown and the March Madness Regional Semis. Perfect for us, our 4 daughters, their 3 spouses and the 5 grandchildren. Future visitors, please don't abuse the generous supply and help keep this great property on the market.

Ideal for Large Family Gatherings

This stunning home was absolutely perfect for our family reunion, and even better than the photos suggested!Leah went above and beyond, reaching out the day before to let us check in early since the house was ready. What a warm and kind way to start our stay!From the moment we arrived, we noticed thoughtful details everywhere, from a welcome bottle of wine to clearly labeled drawers and cupboards stocked with supplies.The layout is ideal for large groups. With separate yet connected spaces, we could enjoy different activities at once: games in one room, conversations in another, movie time in the theater, and so on. Even with so much happening, there were still plenty of cozy corners and private nooks for anyone who needed a quiet moment to recharge.The outdoor amenities exceeded expectations. The grill and smoker turned out brisket and ribs that had everyone raving. The massive fire pit became a gathering spot for s'mores and storytelling. The jetted hot tub was a hit, and the beautifully landscaped yard gave us plenty of space to spread out.With so many options, no one really felt the need to leave, though we did venture out to Silverwood one day and enjoyed scenic horseback rides through Riverside State Park on another.This reunion has already become legendary in our family, and Leah's home played a central role in that. The design of the indoor and outdoor spaces made it easy and natural for us to come together and connect. Thank you for sharing it with us!
