The location was great and the room was clean. I really appreciated the filtered water that was offered and the breakfast was good. We were very close to many things by being in downtown Spokane. Good value for the price.

The room was clean and quiet. We did have to keep going back to the front desk to get key cards recoded, because we kept getting locked out of our room. The kids loved the indoor pool, but to me it was way too cold. The building is obviously old, and could use some upgrades, but for the price I am not complaining.

The hotel is old, and not updated. Overall not a "nice" hotel. It is in a strange/not nice neighbourhood, but close to downtown and to the highway. It is a convenient, and much more affordable location.

Decent hotel. Friendly staff, clean and pleasant room. It’s a Ramada. No great shakes but reasonably priced. The hallway air was a little stale but my main complaint is the hotel’s name. It is not located downtown. It’s a short drive and maybe a ten or fifteen minute walk through a slightly sketchy neighborhood but if you’ve got a car or don’t mind paying a bit for an Uber, it’s a good budget choice.

Good things- comfy beds, nice view, good breakfast, nice staff Bad things- pool was cold & kinda dark, hot tub was closed, iffy location, outside of hotel was dirty, little things in our room like cracks in the ceiling, shower head didn’t work that great Overall it was fine for 1 night but won’t stay again. Hotel is outdated Traveled with 2 adults and 1 child

The room was clean, though it was booked for a 4 person stay we only got 3 towels and when we called down for an extra one we never received it which was disappointing but we didn't try to request it again. The breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.
