"Staff was amazing from. Front desk, cleaning ladies, Osprey restaurant crew, shuttle driver, you name it.....everyone was great. The entire grounds of the hotel were amazing as well. Pool area was great and felt more like we were at a resort than downtown Spokane. Definitely will be staying again. "

"Convenient hotel for air travel to/from Spokane Airport. Literally walk across the street from baggage claim. Very friendly and efficient staff. Front desk staff was very eager to please. Reservation was ready and check-in took all of five minutes. Most if that time was clerk changing my room to a more quiet area due to my late arrival. This was not even asked for. Mac just did it out of professional courtesy. Room was clean and comfortable and appeared to be recently updated."
