"We booked this reservation last minute for the PGA championship in Philly. Because of that, I expected prices to be higher than usual. Room was clean (smelled GREAT which was a huge bonus for me!) but had some annoyances that definitely detracted from our experience. Toilet seat was literally attached with a zip tie. Shower head was so clogged it had zero pressure. Fridge was so loud you had to unplug it to sleep. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly. "

"Self parking was fine, need to get regular size pillows instead of using throw pillows, the water pressure could of been better, the balcony door handle was missing a screw and did not have a lock on it, i dont understand how charge for smoking in the room.and the hallways smelled like a box of cigarettes, the vending machine on the 4th floor didnt work and the one on the 6 floor took my money and spit out change after a few seconds. Only stayed for one night "

"The “hotel” should be spelled by taking out the t and transposing the e and the l. Linens were filthy and when I took a shower, I had to wash the mud from the bottom of my feet that was picked up merely by walking in the room. There are absolutely no amenities and we couldn’t even get them to respond to a non-functioning tv remote. Could not check out fast enough."

"I wish I focused on the staff name plate for a shout out because they were amazing. after a 4hr flight I had no energy they recieved my little guys with water and a snack. Very kind and helpful.breakfast was great too something for everyone. Mom is super picky and she loved the hospitality. The room was so welcoming you really feel like youre VIP. Not sure who is the coordinator or the one to review but you deserve a promotion the service was on point!!!"

"The check-in staff member was pleasant and another employee kindly brought us an extra bedsheet when requested, so I do want to acknowledge that the staff we personally interacted with were courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, beyond that, this was genuinely the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The fire alarm went off twice during the night, making it nearly impossible to feel comfortable or safe. The hallways were filled with trash, including condom wrappers, and there were people literally sleeping on the hallway floors. There also appeared to be many individuals wandering the property who were not actual guests. Multiple people outside the entrances seemed heavily under the influence of drugs and were lingering around the building at all hours, which created a very unsafe atmosphere. The entire hotel smelled strongly of marijuana, especially throughout the hallways, and I was genuinely concerned about the safety of my vehicle overnight. While the room itself was not terrible, the overall environment completely outweighed that one positive. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to a woman traveling alone, or honestly to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and comfortable stay. Management seriously needs to address security and prevent non-guests from freely roaming the premises."

"Room was spacious & very clean (it even smelled fresh throughout)on the walk in. Even better than the pictures actually. The front desk staff are exceptional, as well as the Host in the dinning area where we ate breakfast (wish I had gotten her name), she was very polite, well mannered & made sure we had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was pretty decent if I must say so myself. Eggs were scrambled good & had a good seasoned taste to them, sausage & home fries were on point as well. They even have waffle batter & a station where you can make your own mini waffles...nice touch. Different types of coffee from latte to cappuccino & even had hot chocolate & tea as well. I will certainly stay here again the next time I go to Philly. Location was very convenient also. Less than 20 min from most of the famous cheese steak places, rocky statue, Eastern state penitentiary & the liberty bell (tourist attractions). This was a great choice & will be yours as well, when you visit! Cheers!"

"They didn't have an employee for the shuttle at 5:30 but the decorator (I forgot his name) stepped in as the shuttle driver and was very nice and did an excellent job!"

"Bad: quality of room lacks. No fridge, no microwave, bring your own pillow and towels. Those provided are the most basic of basics. Key card malfunctions so be prepared to visit front desk often. This hotel is not like any other chain that I’m aware of…it’s like they pasted the chain name to attract. Not sure if this is a Philly standard but not worth the money imo. Good: a/c was super cold. Property was quiet and guests were friendly. Staff was courteous. Ample parking. There’s a Dennys and New Philly Diner within walking distance. Water pressure was ridiculously powerful!"
