200yd paddle to the Weeki Wachee River

200 yard paddle to the Weeki Wachee River & gulf access. Hospital hole is about 10 minutes downriver towards the Gulf. Floating dock to make access into canal very easy! 6 Kayaks & life jackets provided. Open & fully equipped kitchen. One level living with stairs up to house and to backyard. All bedrooms have tvs. Shoot some pool, shuffle board or watch the manatees and turtles in the canal. Fire pit and screen porch sitting area. There is a dock to tie up your boat. Great canal, with plenty of manatees and fish.

Set thermostat to 74. Please leave beds unmade that have been slept in. Do not strip sheets. Easier for cleaners to see stains ect.
Turn off all exterior and interior lights. Put all outdoor furniture back to original spot and put down umbrella.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Any pets on property will receive a fine of $750.
Please be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. No events are allowed at property. There is a fine of $1000 for any event. No fireworks
Any guests over the agreed upon amount will incur a charge of $50 per person per night. Max 3 cars each additional car is a $250 fee a night.

We had a great time at the River! The house had everything we needed and was more spacious than the pictures show. We took advantage of the kayaks provided and spent a lot of time floating in the river. Kids loved the pool table and shuffleboard . We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderfyl Weeki Wachee

The house was very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed with some added nice features, like screened in porch and nice fire pit. Plus the AC was ice cold!

Long weekend in Weeki Wachee

Long weekend to get away from Tampa. Very clean and well appointed. Kids loved the Shuffle puck and pool table. Great location directly on the water with kayaks and a dock.

Loved it!

My family and I stayed here for my husband’s 40th birthday. It was so clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed plus more. Kids loved the bean bags and games. We were able to explore the springs and were fortunate enough to see manatees. It was just a fun and relaxing trip. Thanks for everything!

Spring break

The pics do not do the property justice! The house is huge and so comfy! The pool table and shuffleboard were definitely great for us to chill with the kids and the kayaks were easy to use on the water. Great location and the fire pit was a great bonus! We can't wait to book again!

February Escape

A fantastic place to stay and visit with family and friends. Super responsive host! Beautifully furnished home. Well stocked kitchen. We loved being able to fish from the dock and kayak in the river. We even saw some manatee! We will definitely be back!

Excellent River House

We had a fantastic stay! The house is in a perfect location and a short paddle to the main river. We saw a ton of wildlife and enjoyed the quiet location. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook. Very clean and so cute! We will be back!

Perfect spot for a family

Very clean and a great location. Has all of the amenities you could need for a family stay on the river. Even if you have a rain day there is plenty to do inside the house to keep everyone entertained. Close to some great restaurants and places to visit. Host was very responsive and everything was very organized and easy.

Great getaway

We had such an amzing time. The house was so clean and put together so nicely. It really was cozy and felt like home. Which was nice after 2 full days kayaking on the beautiful river right off the back dock. We will be sure to be back sooner then later!

What an outstanding rental home. Fully loaded with everything you could ever need. Great space and location was perfect. Everything listed was there and more. Highly recommend this property if you are looking in the Weeki Wachee area.

Fun Getaway

Great long weekend on the water

We had 3 generations staying and the house had plenty for us to all do together! Beds were comfortable and the size of the home was perfect for our group of 5. The kids enjoyed the bean bag chairs, pool table and shuffleboard table. We were able to kayak to Roger’s Park. The water was still a bit cold for us to swim much, but we enjoyed the paddling.

The stay was amazing! There was so much more to the place than we anticipated! Pics do NOT do this place justice! Very clean! Amazing beds! Beautiful place! When the weather is not permitting there’s always something to do inside!!! Definitely want to book if you have older teens!!!

River Adventure

We had a fantastic river adventure with family. The home is very clean and comfortable. Andrea made us feel right at home and had great communication! We enjoyed playing pool, roasting marshmallows, family BBQs, game nights, fishing and of course paddling. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and look forward to coming back for future fun!

Best find

I always wanted to go to weeki watchee so in my search for places to stay we found this outstanding home. My family said ever time they walked thru the door it was like they we home! Right on the canal with all the amenitied one could want. Beds were soooo comfy. Shower in master amazing. Lots of personal space. Even a small area where work from anywhere had his space.Hosts were easy to work with and responsive.I loved every minute . A beautiful way to ring in the 2025!

Wonderful getaway

The pictures do not do this home justice! The interior is beautiful! They pulled out all the stops to make this home feel luxurious. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved kayaking on the river. The towels were soft & fluffy. Comfortable bedding. The screened patio was great to sit and watch the boats go by. In the evening we sat by the fire pit and grilled dinner. We would absolutely stay again!

Perfect for our family of 4

I did a ton of research before deciding on a home to rent for our 5 day trip to Weeki Wachee. This home was even better than I expected. Lots of space, perfect location, a great collection of kayaks, a well stocked kitchen, an awesome pool table, a floating dock (ideal for launching kayaks), and a wonderful built in fire pit. One of the nicest surprises was the massage chair in the living room. What a treat, We will be back! Thank you!!

Fun 40th!

Group of 6 and one small kid. House was nicely decorated and the location is awesome. We spent a majority of the time on the patio. Weather was great and everyone said they really enjoyed it. There was a refrigerator on the patio that is pretty rough looking on the outside (didn't open it) and 1 of the guest called it out. Would definitely recommend and would go back. Thanks for the hospitality!

House on the river

The house was well equipped . Especially all your kitchen needs if you plan on cooking meals. Stocked with lots of paper towels, toilet paper, kayaks and paddles, life jackets, towels for bathroom and beach towels, lots of extra blankets, pillows etc. , laundry detergent, all cleaning products , grill, fire pit, and more. Short row to main river . Manatee greetings in the morning plus 2 otters.
