4 tiered deck and dock, large screened area with refrigerator& freezer, living and dining area. Deep water canal & large waterfront dock for kayaking, fishing & swimming. Also a large firepit area. Upstairs in the main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a small screened in porch.
Downstairs bedroom and bathroom are an absolute delight for teenagers and older. It has a separate entrance from the exterior. You must go outside and upstairs to access main house from downstairs bedroom. Connected to the 4th bedroom is the ground floor screened in porch area. Plenty of dining area and a sitting area. Full size refrigerator and medium size freezer. Perfect area to dine, play games , and relax. Or enjoy drinks around the boat bar while the burgers are on the grill!
Enjoy giant Connect 4 and a sand volleyball court. Water fountain & lights go on nightly. Manatees, fish, and turtles are in the canal!

Set thermostat to 74 upstairs and bunk room. Leave beds unmade do not strip sheets.

Put all lawn furniture back to original spot and put down umbrellas. Put kayaks back upside down on the top rack and paddles. Put life jackets back in white storage box.

Turn off all interior lights - leave exterior lights on. Exteriors lights are dusk to dawn lightbulbs -upstairs front porch, 3 light switches around downstairs screened porch. Turn off ceiling fans.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Any pets on property will receive a fine of $750. No Fireworks Please respect our neighborhood

MAX 4 CARS ALLOWED additional cars will incur a charge of $250 a night. Quiet hours begin at 10pm.No events are allowed at property.

There is a fine of $1000 for any event. Any guests over the agreed upon number of guests will incur a charge of $50 per person per night.

This place was perfect for a fun birthday weekend celebration. We loved that the place was well stocked with kitchen tools and equipment, plus there were plenty of towels for everyone in the bathrooms. We loved having kayaks available for us and used them all weekend. Even got lucky enough to see some manatees swimming right up by the deck!

Great location and proximity to Weeki Wachee, Buccaneer Bay and restaurants! So many activities for kids - swimming, fishing, kayaking, games etc. The design and upgrades in the house were well done. Loved being able to wake up and drop in to paddle out without have to get up early and drive.

Perfect riverfront stay — clean, spacious, and upgraded!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Weeki Wachee! The location right on the river couldn’t have been better — we loved having such easy access to the water and enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful views. The house itself was spotless and very well maintained, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. We especially appreciated the thoughtful upgrades throughout the home, which made our stay feel extra special. Overall, a perfect spot for a river getaway — we’d definitely come back!

The house is a beautiful property with all the entities you could want six kayaks included back up right to the river that runs through the state park. Just a very unique vacation and amazing time. She made everything so easy to check in check out and get everything that we needed house had everything you would need tons of towels included, which was great for our whole family absolutely love this property and we will be back.!

Beautiful home with everything we needed for the most relaxing vacation. Gorgeous deck, dock, and landscaping just beyond a screened in porch and rec area. Had the most peaceful kayaking experiences on the canals/river. Can’t wait to stay again. We didn’t want to leave!

The perfect river getaway

This is the perfect Weeki getaway house for a larger group. A great use of space and we never felt cramped. We swam off the dock all weekend, rented a boat to cruise the springs. The kids loved playing in the sand in the volley ball court. We noticed a few wasp nests upon arrival and the house manager was there in minutes to take care of it. Highly recommended this place!

Our group had an amazing time at this rental! There was plenty of space for a large family and the kids loved playing in the water. The beds were very comfortable and we spent most our time in the downstairs large screened in area. We would definitley rent again!

The property was great. AC very effective. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms well designed and clean. Kitchen easy to work in. We mostly gathered on the deck and also made a fire at night. The Volleyball court was awesome. Easy location for the wedding we travelled to. We didn’t feel comfortable to swim in the water but we did kayak and saw a manatee. The fish flying out of the water was entertaining! It was a good choice for for two families vs a hotel. We had a great time.

Adults vacation getaway

We stayed the weekend at Andrea’s place and everything was super clean, great communication, and had all the extra supplies that we forgot. Check into the house was a easy process. The house is beautiful and had enough room for all of us, we loved the 2 fridges that they had there, came in great use for a drink fridge!!! We loved seeing mentees almost daily and we even got to see a dolphin and a baby. That was a major highlight of our trip!!! I would recommend this location for sure, and hope to be back again soon!!!

Amazing property

This River house is wonderful. It has just about everything you would want for a stay on the river. Really cool outdoor spaces and a great layout. The property owner was very quick to respond. We have stayed at plenty of rentals and this one is right there at the top. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Fun on the weeki wachi

We enjoyed EVERYTHING about this property. Super comfy, lots of great living and sleeping spaces, wonderfully appointed. We cooked, played cards, volleyball, watched movies, paddled for miles on the river, and had cozy campfires. Perfect for our two families with teenagers. Great communication with our host.

We loved Andrea’s place - there was so much to do! Kayaks, lawn games, even a volleyball court. It was spacious and clean. Great location for Weeki Watchee. We had a ball kayaking on the local rivers - the birds and manatees are wonderful. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our 2 family vacation, it was comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. HAD A WONDERFUL STAY

Everything about this property is A-1 quality. Andrea, the host, saw to it that we had everything we could possibly need. We felt welcome immediately with all the little amenities we found awaiting us. We couldn't find a volley ball (we arrived shortly after a hurricane) and Andrea had one delivered the next day. This is an excellent place to stay. We loved it!

Fantastic Spring Break Getaway

Outdoor area was beautiful with plenty of lighting for our after dark arrival. Many amenities throughout the property, well equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, lap blankets for the cooler evening, gas grill for cooking out, plenty of seating for larger groups. We had more than enough space at this house right on the water! The canal is very peaceful. The outdoor space is great, the decks are very nice. Our kids loved the available kayaks, games and the separate room below the house. Excellent location and communication with the owner!

Absolutely Amazing

The host was very responsive and helpful. The house was spectacular, the pictures really can’t do this place justice. My family had the best time here and we really had no troubles. We even saw 4 manatees! This is such a great place for an escape.
