The staff was polite and allowed us to check in early. The room was nice with beautiful views from our window. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs, which was wonderful after all our hikes. The location was good and the Zion shuttle stop was nearby.

Check in was a bit frustrating for me, I had requested a first floor because I have mobility issues. The clerk wanted to put me on the second floor because they had an elevator. I was not happy about that. In addition, one of the clerks would not give my grandson change to use the laundry…. It was three dollars to wash three dollars to dry all in quarters. I think they should have a stash of quarters since there was no change machine and it only used quarters for the washer and dryer. The property is very nice, the rooms very clean. Our bathroom had sliding doors that didn’t quite connect all the way. They have hot tubs, we went in March so we didn’t use the pool. But we did stay out at the fire pit in the evenings which was very nice. They have a large buffet for breakfast, it was a buffet …... There is a bar on site that serves sandwiches, which was very good. The server was wonderful. My only real complaint was when I booked it, it said self parking available. I did not click on all the property details to see that I had to pay $20 a day for self parking! It was a nice property, centrally located with a nice view.

This hotel has a shuttle stop outside to ride into Zion National Park. It was very convenient, clean and large rooms. We enjoyed their large breakfast before a day of exploring Zion. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance as well.

Stay is conveniently located for Zion national park. Location is updated, clean, and awesome breakfast! They have a fire pit, outdoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi, both laundry and indoor gym downstairs. Great view when walking in! I will note parking is not free — You are charged per day. Walking distance to few restaurants nearby.

Everything was so excellent! The staff, the coffee, amazing breakfast, clean comfortable rooms. All the cozy public spaces for relaxing, the fire ring, the hot tub with amazing mountain views. Be aware-they do charge $20 per day to park.
