Location to both Zion NP and town was excellent. Room was clean and very comfortable. You can walk to nearby restaurants and cafes. The staff was very kind and helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

Loved the hotel's vibe — exactly my style! Self-check-in and check-out were quick and convenient, and the location was perfect for visiting Zion. Breakfast wasn't provided, while there were plenty of great brunch spots nearby. Overall, a 10/10 stay!

Great location, right in the heart of the town. We walked to dinner (several options close by. We loved having Bonru (breakfast) right next door. All of the staff were great. I really liked the online check-in and texting if we needed anything.

We loved staying here! It’s a great location and is the type of place that has almost everything you need and nothing you don’t. The staff mostly communicates via text, but there were regular check ins and I felt confident I could get anything we might need. The only downside is they don’t have an ice machine, but that certainly wasn’t a big enough deal to disrupt our stay. The rooms are recently renovated and the details they paid attention to really show. We loved the doors! The bathroom is beautifully done. The bed was comfy and the pillows were better than usual hotel quality!

A truly fantastic place. Clean, beautifully designed with modern amenities in a charming mountain town. My favorite thing was lounging in the jacuzzi, after a day of hiking, surrounded by a gorgeous mountain view

I found The Petty Ranch a pleasant place to stay in Springdale as It’s very well located. The rooms are nice and clean but they are basic and offer no service during your stay. There is a good coffee shop on site.
