"Didn’t have hot water, pool was dirty with sonic wrappers cups and paper plates leaves, had to clean the pool myself as a guest in order to swim, manager wasn’t communicating well I booked a late checkout online out was told later that the hotel didn’t do late checkout out until the day u had to check out therefore the manager was rude and was threatening to call the police on me because of a mistake on there end, breakfast was sparse wasn’t a lot of options was only able to eat egg and...

"This hotel is very nice and tucked into part residential and part business depending on whether you get there from Youree or Bert Kouns. It is very conveniently located near great shopping and restaurants. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and we'll definitely stay again if the need arises."
