Please note there is no private dock or watercraft provided.

- The private backyard with the outdoor firepit.

Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended to fully enjoy the region and easily access nearby attractions.



The chalet is located in a quiet, wooded area of Saint-Adolphe-d’Howard, with easy access by car year-round. Roads are well maintained, including in winter.



Saint-Sauveur village: ~15 minutes by car



Ski resorts (Sommet Saint-Sauveur, Avila, Olympia, Morin-Heights): 15–25 minutes



Grocery stores, pharmacies & services: 15 minutes



Montreal: approximately 1 hour



🚘 On-site parking is included, with space for multiple vehicles.



Public transportation is limited in the area, so having a vehicle will ensure a smooth and flexible stay, especially for exploring lakes, trails, restaurants, and outdoor activities throughout the Laurentians.



Other Things to Note:

This is a private chalet rented exclusively to one group.



The chalet is located in a quiet, natural area; we kindly ask guests to respect the neighborhood and local noise regulations, especially in the evening.



Public lake access is a short walk away. Please note there is no private dock and no watercraft provided.



Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Day visitors are not permitted unless a daily guest fee has been approved in advance.



Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book.



Exterior security cameras are installed outside only, for safety and property protection. There are no cameras inside the chalet.



Check-in is self-service via a secure lockbox. Detailed instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The hot tub is available year-round and must be used responsibly.

Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs, with a maximum of 2 per reservation. They must be added to the reservation in advance, as a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared on the reservation, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged.



Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day).



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is fully self-serve via a secure combination lock or lockbox. Access instructions will be sent to you by email and/or text a few days before your arrival. Please make sure to review them carefully — especially if arriving outside of office hours.



👥 Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its amenities. Unregistered visitors are not allowed unless the daily user fee has been paid (per person, per day).
