"We thoroughly enjoyed our week at The West House for a family reunion. The house is lovely - spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location cannot be beat. It is a short walk to the beach and convenient for restaurants in Seahouses, Bamburgh, and Beadnell. It is a great base for exploring the Northumbrian coast. Lynne was a very responsive host. We would definitely recommend and love to return."

"Lovely comfortable house obviously had alot of money spent on it recently. It's been refurbished to a high standard and is spotlessly clean. Great location 2 minutes from the beach and an easy 12 minute walk into seahouses. Definitely want to return."

"We had a lovely 4 night stay in this beautiful house. My mother who is in her late 80s loved the view of the sea and Farne Islands. It was easy to walk the dog and put him straight in the back garden which is secure, until we were ready to clean him up.The double bed downstairs is very soft so we used the 2 single beds … but that’s a personal choice. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils.Will be booking again in the next year."
