Grace House met our family’s needs for a clean, well equipped apartment with easy access to shops and dining. Check in and check out was smooth and easy and Dee (host) was easy to reach. This was a lovely, modern and secure apartment. We appreciated that the washer also had a dryer settings! After the bars would close (weeknights included) a handful of people would gather in the courtyard or nearby parking lot and make all sorts of noise…sometimes this would last until after 2 am. We were a bit surprised that it happened as often as it did. Just something to note if you are a light sleeper or prefer to sleep with open windows. We did not inform the host because we figured there was nothing that could be done about it. Despite the occasional noise, we would still highly recommend this property!

Dee was a wonderful host and worked with us when our arrival time changed. The apartment was very nice, the beds comfortable and the location was perfect for us. There was no air-conditioning and the days were very hot, but opening the windows (and the balcont door at times) was sufficient. Great stay.
