Nice, clean hotel in a good location for our needs. Good breakfast which is included, nice rooms, good comfy beds and an excellent shower. The hotel is having refurbishment on the outside, maybe cladding but doesn’t affect the rooms inside.

Very close to the motorway and large shopping area. The breakfast included was good. There was scaffolding on the outside during our visit but interiors seemed to have been recently updated. Rooms were quiet, amenities were good and beds comfortable. Shout out to James for his help during our stay!

Hotel had scaffolding and netting up all over the front. But that was not noticeable from our room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Not many facilities at the hotel and overall I thought it was quite expensive for what we had.

I booked two rooms for my family. Beside all the good experience, it become worse on December 01, 2025. When at breakfast, one staff member came to our table with burnt bread slices in his hand and rudly banged in front of my brother quoted, "This is what you need". Everyone got stunt and then a lady beside our table responded, she put these in toaster but they got stuck there. This person never apologized and walked away. I reported this to receptionist and she said he is higher in rank from me, so can't help. If Holiday Inn is not able to train its staff members, there is no point staying there in future.

Clean and tidy, easy check in/check out. Location was great with it being on a retail park and only 10 minute taxi to st albans. We stayed the night before a flight from Luton and the airport is just a short (and easy) drive as well.

Rooms are very small but quiet given the main road it’s next to, you can hear very little unless there’s a motorbike or a super car going past. Rooms are clean but the bar and breakfast areas could do with new furniture. Breakfast was good and included oat milk

Great for Wembley, lots of places to eat around the hotel. Colney Fox 5 mins walk away. Sainsburys, MnS, JD just minutes away. Breakfast was fantastic. Definitely go again.
