Only a 5 minute walk to the centre of St Andrews and a 10 minute walk to the famous Old Course, this property has been extensively refurbished with a new kitchen, top of the line shower rooms, appliances, walnut wooden flooring and tastefully decorated with custom manufactured furniture throughout.

Very pleasant stay

overall we enjoyed our stay at Kingask's property very much. The house was recently renovated, very clean and orderly. We appreciated the quiet location which was quite central to numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, and grocery stores.
