Just a 15 minute drive to beaches and the historic district. Multiple restaurants and supermarkets - very centrally located on a lovely quiet block. Features a driveway, fenced in yard, screened in lanai and garage - it's private home living at its finest! 2 minute drive to the Douglas Crane Boat Launch.

    Fully stocked kitchen, free WiFi, equipped with smart TVs and plenty of space for the whole family. Your piece of paradise awaits at this charming home in St Augustine South.
