WAINSCOTTING IN THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM- CEILINGS AND WALLS! NEW FULL BATH UPSTAIRS WITH DOUBLE SINK, AND HALF BATH DOWNSTAIRS.
BRAND NEW STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES! ALSO OUTDOOR SHOWER WITH HOT AND COLD WATER AND OF COURSE THE HEATED POOL IN THE BACKYARD OASIS!! Amazing beach house

Beach access was amazingly easy and location in general was fantastic. Restaurants within walking distance. The house was roomy and comfortable including the great outdoor space with heated pool and upstairs deck space. I want to go again.

Sweet house, great location

I rebooked immediately! Just can’t beat this location in the heart of St. A Beach. House has a nice “not-a-condo" vibe and the pool was a plus. Sharon responds immediately to any problrms/questions.

Heaven sent! Paradise!

I had stayed there for a short while in September and knew that this was my home away from home. I was back for a week and it was absolute bliss.! One little wrinkle was a slight hurricane, but the property managers were on top of everything and offered to refund or take care of everything when it was over we stuck it out. It turned out to be next to nothing and everything was back in shape by the next day and a half. it was really an amazing vacation in a beautiful house and location and I can’t say enough about Sharon and Bob they are,Absolutely terrific! I will return often!

Annual Mothers Day celebration

Such a perfect spot. !! We love this place and Sharon and her husband or wonderful hosts. The pool is pristine and the cottage is well appointed.

Best location!

We enjoy staying here for many reasons, but the great location is the top of the list. In one direction, it is just a few houses to the sandy Atlantic beach. In the other direction, it is less than one block from a a major street that is walkable with sidewalks and many pedestrian crosswalks. There are at least 10-20 restaurants, coffee shops, bars and gift shops within a one mile walk. This rental home offers all the convenience of a quiet side street with none of the street noise or congestion.

Sweet Beach spot

We had a wonderful stay at 7B. A week with kids and grandkids. Excellent location to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed the quick location to the local Publix…easy walk to the beach, where on both sides of the wooden walkway are turtles. Possible gopher tortoises? A quick walk to good restaurants on A street, nice bike rides are nearby thru some gorgeous neighborhoods, backyard pool was very nice and everyone loved the outdoor washer/dryer next to the outdoor hot/cold shower. I have already booked again for the entire house A/B for 2025. Excellent beach week to remember.

Annual Vacation

Every summer we take a weekly vacation to St. Augustine Beach and this summer we decided to stay at a property we had stayed in the past. It was as we remembered. A wonderful experience all around. Wonderful!

What can I say except what so many others have said here? This place is fantastic. We had both sides for the 11 of us , ranging from age 6 to 72. Great location to the beach and restaurants ( we loved Kookaburra Coffee and Mayday Ice Cream), awesome pool, beach and pool accessories, comfortable & attractive cottage, nicely decorated, and Sharon was a great & responsive host!

Lovely getaway

My 2 adult daughters and my 8 year old grandson stayed at the Beachcomber cottage over Mother’s Day weekend. It was fabulous! The cottage is setup for easy flow and private areas. The pool area is glorious with tropical landscaping. The location is perfect. We will come again!

Fabulous St. Augustine Beach

Great home for sharing with friends. The pool is cool and refreshing and very clean. The linens were super nice and the location couldn't be better. AND, we had our pups with us....a big thanks to owners who allow us to bring our pets. St. Augustine Beach is wonderful with so much to see and do.

Easy to love this place

Just a few doors away from the beach and within walking distance from very good restaurants. The pool area is private and the neighborhood was quiet and restful. The outdoor shower with hot water was a pleasure to use and reminded me of other vacation homes I enjoyed in Mexico. The kitchen is well stocked. Owners were very responsive when help was needed.
