Location was perfect and the staff were wonderful. We would definitely stay there again and we will recommend it to our friends and family. That said, it’s definitely time for new carpeting. It’s at the end of its life.

Room was clean. Location is walking distance to Historic St Augustine. Wonderful restaurants, boutiques and pubs. Highly recommend staying at Bella Bay Inn.

Located directly on Main Street. Downsize is the parking is 3 blocks away. You have to unpack at hotel and then drive to parking lot. Walkable to everything

Perfect Location

The room was very neat and clean. It was also spacious with a microwave and mini fridge. It was in great location to St. George St.. Parking is not on site, but not too far away.

At this location you unload your car then park at an apartment building a few blocks away. This was not a problem as we love to walk. We enjoyed the location and the room.

Great place to stay

Overall a great place to stay . Very close to everything in the historical district. My only complaint is the parking situation. It’s about a half mile walk from where your parking spot is, which is located at a separate apartment complex , to your room . Other than that it was a very nice stay. AC works great.

The location is fabulous! Saint Augustine is such a beautiful city with so much going on. The beach is also gorgeous. The parking is off site which is a little inconvenient. The mattress in our room was soft and saggy. It needs an upgrade. Overall the inn is charming. The staff is very accommodating and we had a great stay.

Quaint stay, great location.

Quiet little place with 5 rooms with a quaint bar underneath and fun restaurant across the road. Rooms clean and spacious. Big tub. Bed and linens nice. Off site parking is an issue. Probably five blocks away. Would be nice to offer a bike or something to get back and forth.

Know before you go

The room was clean and comfortable. Great location on the bay, well kept property and amazing staff. Guests should be made aware that they will be carrying their luggage up an outdoor staircase and offsite parking requires walking a mile and a half (potentially in heat and or rain) to go to and from their vehicle. This is a great place at a good price but its not for people with physical disabilities and that wasn't made clear prior to booking.

5 stars for everything. Clean, well maintained, great location, easy walking to everthing in old town. Only drawback is parking. Parking is offsite about a 10 min walk. A car is a pain in St Augustine anyway. Everything you need is within walking distance and seeing all the little old town streets is what you came for in the first place. Excellent for the price.

No on site parking so pretty inconvenient. The parking spaces are about a 7 min walk. It was a hot walk. Room was sufficient. Lots of stairs. Carpet was a little dirty. Bathroom was very very small but updated. My husband barely fit in the shower. Great location we walked everywhere.

I stayed here for two nights with my girlfriend for a small St. Augustine vacation and it was perfect. The room was very nice and extremely close to the center of town which made it a very easy walk to the different shops or restaurants. The only issue I could see a potential visitor having is the parking distance, as it's a distant walk to your car. It might have taken us around ten minutes to get to their lot, which for us was fine as we walked everywhere anyway, so if that's your plan you should be okay. Other than that, their lot is in a location that feels safe so I never worried about leaving my car for a long period of time.

For just to sleep at night it was good. Good location. Parking was completely inconvenient and far away from the property. No staff or service whatsoever. No view as they advertised. No housekeeping. Not very secure since entrance to rooms is always unlocked. Would not stay here again.

Beautiful room and location.

The room was perfect for our overnight stay. Comfortable and clean with some coffee for the morning. Bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. We were able to walk down St. George street, through the plaza and all around to see the beautiful lights. We did arrive in town prior to check in and wanted to get a parking pass so we could explore. This was a little complicated. We had to stop at the Bella Bay and then were directed to a second location down the street. We received our pass there and were then directed to a parking lot further down the street. That part was a bit confusing for us. You can drop off your bags at the Bella Bay prior to parking. The walk from the parking lot to the room is approximately 3 small blocks.

My friend had never been to St Augustine, so I took her to see the Christmas lights. Bella Bay was basically across the street, making it a short walk to the historic district. Great place for an overnight stay. If staying longer I would request a room with the kitchenette.

Great location. Noisy from bar downstairs. Parking is more of a hassle than expected, especially when the limited spots are misused by patrons who don’t park properly. Bed and furniture need improvement.
