Room was relatively clean, there were some things that were definitely missed, but overall was good. One of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time and cleaning staff was still working which may have been a rushed cleaning job and that’s why things were potentially missed. The location was perfect for our family and we’re already planning our next trip back.

Very nicely remodeled by Hilton Tapestry Collection. We'd be happy to stay at the Castillo again. The pool is especially nice, and the view from the upper floor ocean-facing rooms is an added pleasure.

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and activities. Parking is easy. Staff are amazing and accommodating specially the front desk staff. Hot tub is nice, wish the pool was warm. Cleaning was a miss. Our room was skipped, when it was finally attended after a couple of request, there were garbage dripping on the floor, also obvious it wasn’t swept or vacuumed. The counters weren’t wiped, I had to do them myself, which I wouldn’t mind doing if I had some cleaning kit….just did with tissues. It would have been a perfect stay except for that.
