For fishing and boating enthusiasts, the private deep-water dock, equipped with dual lifts, will be the highlight of Safe Haven. Experience the thrill of night fishing from the comfort of your private pier, featuring specialized "fish attractor" underwater illumination to create a vibrant nocturnal habitat. Between catches, the dock serves as a spectacular vantage point for observing dolphins and other local marine life. Take a short walk across the street to a public access point to enjoy the sun or catch a wave on expansive Crescent beach. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.



Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.
