Perfect Location! Situated In The Eclectic Uptown Area.

Amazing location! Situated in the eclectic uptown area. Enjoy our quiet and peaceful first floor apartment with full kitchen. Queen size bed and sofa / bed.
Very short walk (100 yards) to shops, restaurants, bike and scooter rentals as well as area attractions. The beach is also a short 10 minute drive to either vilano beach or st. Anastasia state park.
This is a great location to park the car and not drive again until you leave. The apartment has all that you need. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The bathroom is equipped for either a shower or a bath. Our living area has a couch that also serves as a fold down bed. The dining area sits in a bright and sunny corner of the apartment, perfect to sit and enjoy coffee from the brewer in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the necessities for meals at home or just a simple cup of coffee. You will find the apartment to be very clean, safe, smoke free and comfortable. The TV in the apt only plays Netflix, the directions for the TV are in the apartment. There is no charge for any of the movies or shows on Netflix.

The apartment is located in the eclectic uptown area of st. Augustine. This area is best known for its unique antique shops and is also referred to as the antique district. There are many large victorian style homes to small, quaint cottages. This neighborhood is easy walking distance to the castillo fort, bay front and the rest of historic st. Augustine.

The apartment was perfect for our little getaway. It was clean and the location was amazing for the price! It was within walking distance to great shops, restaurants & attractions. Carl was a great host and made sure we were all set for our stay, without being overbearing. I will definitely stay here on our next trip to St. Augustine.

The host was east to work with. The info he supplied on accessing the unit was clear and we had no problems. The unit was cute, perfect size for a couple, it was clean and enjoyed the outside area. Also, it was very close to things, we walked to where the tram ride was for the Christmas lights. Really enjoyed our stay.

Cozy and clean

Space is adorable and well kept. I was very pleased with the cleanliness. You can tell the property owner cares about the room. We needed bathroom towels and they were delivered directly to the door immediately. Location is very convenient but removed enough to be safe and quiet at night. I wish we had more time to stay but we were only there one night while traveling home. Would stay again!!

Only negatives was the bed was very creaky and the bathroom was dated. Other than that the property manager, location, and room itself were phenomenal and I would absolutely stay again. I would highly recommend it for a friend or family member. Very easy walk to everything you want to see in St. Augustine as well as numerous coffee shops, bars, and convenience store. Wonderful place and would give 6 stars if I could

It really IS a good location!

We come to St. Aug periodically and usually stay south or west of the DT area. This location is right by the antique shops I like but often miss. Fine dining is a block away, pizza and a couple of breakfast spots the same. It's a safe area as well. It's an easy stroll to the more touristy areas and the art galleries. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had pretty much everything you need. There is even a brick patio in the back with a bistro table and chairs. The sofa was very comfy, too, and the shower (and kitchen faucet) got hot water very quickly. Onsite parking!

Check in was easy. Manager was great , He was easy to get a hold of. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. The unit was comfortable. The washer and dryer are coin operated in the back yard in a small building used by all the tenants in the complex. They were very easy to get to and use. It is an older unit but nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed St. Augustine very much. We will definitely go back.

The good outweighs the bad

Location is great, easy walking into centre of historic district. Property was very clean and had nice towels and enough kitchen accessories. On arrival I was originally very disappointed as the property looks very rundown from the outside and doesn’t match the advertised photos. The outside seating area was too grim to use and the bikes weren’t easily accessible. However I was prepared to overlook the outside appearance as the inside was clean and the location so convenient. I only stayed for two nights and really enjoyed St Augustine.

Cooperative Landlord

My wife suffered from a severe allergy reaction when we checked in. The reaction got progressively worse as we went along and we needed urgent care for some relief. The doctor recommended we leave the area as soon as possible. After 12 days at the apt we found it necessary to leave. VRBO and the host refunded 2/3 of the rental fee and kept in touch with us to make sure of my wife’s condition. Their responsible conduct and refund policy demonstrated good will and good customer relations. We will use VRBO and this host during our future trips to the Augustine, Fl area.
