    Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.
    First-Floor Bathroom: Walk-in shower for easy access.

    Accessibility: New stair chair lift available for guests needing assistance. Applications and deposit required.

Great quiet location

We had a wonderful time with our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the condo had everything we need. Very quiet place right on the beach and a great location close to historic St. Augustine. Perfect size for our family.

Loved our stay

My only issue with my stay was that it went way too fast. The townhouse was clean and well-stocked as described. So convenient to the pool and the beach! Nice, quiet, family area. Look forward to a return trip!

Great location

Great location with easy access to the beach and close to town. Unit was clean and well-stocked. Nice, quiet community that was perfect for a relaxing getaway. I really appreciated being able to bring my dogs along, and they loved it too!

My husband, grandchildren, and I really enjoyed our stay. Brought our chihuahuas and they really enjoyed the small walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything needed.

Great Pet Friendly Stay

For being a pet friendly apartment, it was very clean. For our family of 4 it was perfect. Very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Patty the Manager was also very nice and super helpful. We had a flat tire on our way to St. Augustine and she helped us find a place to fix it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend 100%.

Loved the unit right off the pool

The garage was such a blessing for us. We brought our own beach chairs and umbrellas, and our bikes. It was nice to know all of the items were safe in the garage.

Beautiful property, easy and close access to the beach. The pool was right outside of the condo just as pictured. The home was nicely stocked with 1st day necessities as well as some beach chairs, umbrella and towels which was nice to have on hand just incase. The beds were comfortable. The property area was nice and well maintained as well with friendly neighbors. Added bonus was definitely pet friendly and the st. Augustine beach doesn’t restrict pet hours at the beach. My family truly enjoyed our week and will definitely be back!

It was clean and nice. I really liked I was able to take our pets. My sons loved the garage because they were able to clean all the beach things right outside of the garage. The inside of condo was ok it could be more modern but overall was nice and clean. Thank you

Great family stay!

My family and I had a nice and relaxing stay. We look forward to visiting again. Great location to great restaurants, shops and grocery stores. This location was nice and quiet wasn’t over packed. Enjoyed the pool right out the back patio. Beach was just a short walk away.

Sister Weekend

My aistera and I had a wonderful time at the condo. We were a short walk away from the beach and a short drive to all the shopping and fun stuff in downtown. We cant wait to go back!
