Downstairs, the recreation level is built for fun, complete with pool, ping pong, and a custom wood bar—great for game nights, conversation, or even karaoke.

Must be at least 25 years old to book. Primary renter must be present during entire stay.

Standard occupancy is limited to 10 adults plus children under 12.

Pet Policy: Up to two dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $250. Please let us know ahead of time if traveling with a pet.

We welcome small events of up to 50 guests with prior approval and payment of an additional event fee. Please inquire for more information.
