Updated unit, but questionable for the price
The property appeared to have been recently updated and the appliances all appeared to be almost new. There air conditioning worked great. There is a cleaning fee attached to the rental, but there was a wad of hair left on the shower drain in the main bath and we were instructed to leave no more than one load of laundry upon checkout (the unit slept 7 and the bed linens alone were more than one load-not to mention only 4 towels for the entire place). There is space for only one car to be parked at each unit. Other cars have to be parked at visitors spots that are across the complex. There were 3 cats that roamed the neighborhood that had evidently taken up residence at this unit. There was a feeding dish outside the door so someone there had been feeding them. They climbed all over everything outside (cars included). If you have pet allergies, bring your own pet or don't want cats climbing on and lounging on your stuff, this may not be the location for you. We wanted to add an extra few days to our stay, but we were told we could only rent for a week at a time. The management company seemed interested in only the money paid for the rental and not really in the satisfaction of the customer. Overall the location was good and the beach was fantastic. We would rent in the area again, but probably not this unit for the price paid.
