Spacious - Ocean View Condo - Great Beach Location!

This comfortable 2-bedroom 2 bath townhome is the perfect place to relax. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for a quick meal. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise from your large balcony.

Sea Place offers a variety of community amenities including two swimming pools, tennis and racquetball courts, and a beautiful private lake in the center of the community, and a private boardwalk offering access from Sea Place directly out to St. Augustine Beach.

Awesome ocean view townhome located on Saint Augustine Beach at Sea Place. Good views of the ocean from your living room balcony. Close to all the amenities Saint Augustine Beach has to offer. Walk to the "World Famous" Oasis Restaurant and Bar as well as several other establishments.

From your townhome, you are less than 200 steps to the ocean with the pool in between. There are beach showers, so you can spray off that excess sugar sand on your way back into your townhome.

We have friends and family in St Augustine at this time of year. We loved this condo it was in great condition and super clean!

It was a quiet community with easy beach access and easy to drive to everything we wanted to visit in St Augustine. The property layout was good and views were fine. The kitchen was not well stocked though- there are no silverware, limited drinking cups, an old outdated coffee maker (12 cups is too much), and 4 bath towels were too limited for a family of 5. Beach chairs were also not ideal ( only 2 chairs with 2 camping chairs not meant for sand)

Quiet and comfortable

Nice condominium for vacation. Close to pool and beach though are time limited there because weather windy during our stay. Nice balconies for looking around. Seems very secure and safe community. Close to lots of places to eat and old town St Augustine! Had very good time!

Excellent and easy access to town and beach

This was an excellent location. Butler Beach is a fantastic beach and easy access and very private. The condo was in excellent condition and cleaned and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will return.

Great!

Awesome location right on the beach and only a 15 min drive from St. Augustine's main attractions, restaurants, and bars. The place was clean and there was plenty of parking. Family neighborhood, very quiet.

Beach week

Keyless check went smoothly. We had trouble finding key to gate that leads to beach but finally found it hanging on wall. Everything was great, would stay here again

Worst Place Ever - If you want your Kids to get SICK, book this [or please AVOID at ALL COSTS]

the house is poorly managed by the external management company [Pity the owner]. the house was full of MOULD SMELL and FELT Sick from the moment we entered. My kids felt sick and had breathing problems on first NIGHT and when I raised to the company, Rather than sending someone to check to FIX, they asked us to LEAVE [and I am like we traveled so far with 2 little KIDS, PAID SO MUCH money and then than to FIX or accepting the PROBLEM]. Marty was the worst in customer service, the unit was a MESS. If you want your KIDS or YOURSELF To GET SICK, please GO or AVOID at ALL COSTS! this UNIT is a HEALTH HAZARD. I have pictures/details and more facts[videos of other neighbors who we got in to attest so just not US but the entre neighborhood [last resort for us was to call the COPS]. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Beautiful location!

Overall, our stay was amazing. It is the perfect location - easy walk right to the beach and to St. George Street shopping/eating. There are so many things to do in the area! The one drawback (which I didn't reach out about) was that the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were very uncomfortable. They should be replaced with a better mattress. A fun surprise was that prior guests left some boogie boards for the kids and beach chairs/umbrella.

Wonderful stay!

St Augustine is one of my family's favorite places to go each summer, and this property made our stay even more enjoyable. Very clean, spacious enough for a family of 5 with 3 younger kids. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for 3 days. It was easy access to the pool and beach. When we arrived, the beach gate card was not in the room so we did have to go 2 days without it due it being the weekend. The photos when we originally booked showed recliners in the living room but when we got there it was outdoor chairs. We would have liked better seating for everyone to enjoy in the living room. Overall it was a good stay!
