- Tradewinds Condos, in the heart of Saint Augustines' Crescent Beach is the perfect spot for your vacation getaway. The condo is steps away from the sugar sand beach, and just across the street is the private boat ramp and dock on the Intercoastal waterway.
This section of Saint Augustine is prized by those looking for a bit quieter area, with less traffic on the beach, and on the road. A couple miles further South than most condos, Tradewinds offers nice amenities, easy water access, and private beach access.
The condo has two good sized bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of living room and kitchen space, and has elevator access, so no walking up flights of stairs with the kids or groceries! The patio overlooks the pool and has ocean views, so let the kids swim while you relax with a good book and a cold drink just a few yards away.
