fabulous hotel,stayed here several times before. Slight initial problem with room allocation but all sorted to our satisfaction. lovely seafront rooms, great buffet breakfast. outdoor pool and indoor health club, amenities second to none.Our daughter used the tennis court every day. We will be back

A lovely hotel right on the beach with fabulous views but somehow we were a bit underwhelmed. Maybe that everyone except the staff were 10-20 years older than us, maybe the decor needed updating, maybe the random fridge sitting right in the middle of the bedroom floor, maybe the fact that our 2 special occasions weren't acknowledged in any way... Staff were all wonderful without exception - proactive, friendly and helpful. Gardens were lovely and the outdoor pool is heated! Spa was great and food was good. Not sure I would return to this specific hotel in Jersey

Lovely location. Views over beach are gorgeous so definitely get a balcony room. Staff are exceptional so friendly and welcoming. Had nice lunch in poolside restaurant which also had great views. Would recommend.

Spent a lovely two day break at this hotel. Magnificent view of St Brelades Bay from our bedroom. Beautiful peaceful gardens for sunbathing and swimming. Delicious breakfast each morning.Staff exceptional. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

A luxury hotel in a fabulous location at the western end of St. Brelade's Bay. The facilities are all first-class, especially the outdoor pool, the surrounding landscaped gardens and the poolside bar. Very friendly, well-trained staff and a high quality breakfast. The only downside is the lack of air-conditioning.

This is a renowned upmarket hotel in a very beautiful setting. However when we checked in we were struck by the rather cool formality of the 'welcome' ... we felt as though we were simply processed in a pretty impersonal way with no warmth whatsoever. When we reached our room, we were amazed to discover it wasn't equipped with even a tiny fridge ... presumably to encourage guests to spend £ in the hotel bar. We did enjoy our stay, nonetheless. Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable, so we got a good night's sleep. The shower was excellent. The buffet breakfast is outstanding. And to cap it all, the beach right outside the hotel is nigh-on perfect: a wide, deep arc of pale, powdery sand that was extraordinarily clean, with the RNLI a constant presence to protect swimmers and surfers. We were sad to leave.

Amazing location, lovely staff. We also liked the indoor pool and gym. The mattress was a tad uncomfy, and we would have appreciated more vegetarian/vegan options, especially savoury ones at the breakfast buffet, but we would absolutely visit again!

A wonderful hotel in the perfectly beautiful location. Everything about the hotel was superb. We treated ourselves to a penthouse which was gorgeous. The staff were so good and the food in the restaurant was top drawer too. We would highly recommend. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
